The manage Chris was open and honest about the rear end damage that is hidden. I have dealt with many body shops and I felt comfortable and confident with the Manager Chris. He informed me he was short due to covid issues affecting his location. Then, just received a call he hired a new body specialist and that he could handle my damage much easier now! Very professional and looking forward to seeing what my car looks like after all the work is done on damage and re-painting all my fades and chips and repairs. This is my 2nd visit to this shop. October 2021 I had my green Eclipse painted pink coral. I still love the color and get a ton of compliments mainly from guys vs girls. I wasn't expecting to pay another visit to the shop , but thankful it was an option. My car was hit on June 17, 2023 in Louisiana while parked at a gas station . The driver was backing up a Ford heavy duty 350 into my car right after I got in from getting gas. I had the color swatch of my car's current color. I was disappointed by another collision repair shop that I have used exclusively over the years. Customer service wasn't up to par at all and it took a week to receive my estimate via email. Sunday , July 9th , I made an appointment for Monday, July 10th at 10am at Maaco. Oh no it began to rain as I drove to the shop. The shop manager Chris B. recognized me because of my car. He commented you are taking good care of her (my car). I smiled and said I am trying but unfortunately a few weeks ago I got hit from the back. Chris invited me into his office as he worked on the repair estimate. He asked , can you leave it today?" I replied sure just need to order a lyft. I asked Chris when would he estimate that the car would be ready. His response was at the earliest possibly Wednesday. Well let's move forward to today, it's Wednesday, July 12, 2023 . My mobile rings around 2:15pm Dava K. sales consultant said the words I wanted to hear , Ms. H. your car is ready , yeah . After ordering a lyft I arrived and took pictures . I had a great experience overall. My car looks amazing. There are a few minor flaws but I'm satisfied and would go there again in the future. Tanya was so helpful and walked me through the whole process. They were fast. It took a total of 4 days. I'm so thankful! I initially went to the Rockwall location and was quoted nearly twice as much! They told me it would be an extra $1500 to take off all the trim so there wouldn't be tape lines, but they didn't include it on the estimate printout. My car has no tape lines BTW. Please go to another company. I took my car here under warranty from sliverbrook-Carvana horrible company as well. Macco the receptionist told me my car would be ready in 3days more like 2 weeks for light damage from transportation from cedar park to Dallas from Carvana. They had attitudes as to why I wanted my car back after the first week. Because I was in a renter and paying a car-note for the car that's just sitting there. My job is In Lewisville and live in desoto losing money daily. They didn't care. They also was to replace the front driver seat and took my car to a third party off the work site would not release who fixed my car or the location where my car was at when I came to check on the progress-drove it a 100 miles, used gas, someone set in backseat, front seat and driver seat floors nasty. They gave me my car back nasty. I was very upset. The paint job is ok. Chris-mgr kept saying I'm clean up the car, they didn't clean up nothing. Trim by the back bumper is not smooth. Horrible place to go to. I had an appointment at 9:30 am to get an estimate to fix my car since I been in a car crash recently. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name but when I went in there and he immediately starting asking for money. Not even a Hello when I walked in, once I told him what I was there for he just started to throw numbers at me without even stepping outside to look at my car, he was so persistent on getting money out of my insurance even though I told him I was paying out of pocket then he doubled the price. He refused to give me a "free estimate" like it says on the website they do, he said "pay me 200 and I'll write that shit for you in a piece of paper, I'm not doing anything for free that's your insurance job" I was happy thinking I was going to be able to fix my car soon at a reliable shop but he really showed me that this company is only in it for the money. read more

Went to this location on a referral , was having problems with my insurance company. Part of a caliper from a truck hit the hood and lodged in the windshield . The insurance company wouldn't follow through on the claim. I went to this shop on a referral , the first thing I asked was for an estimate and the second question was the repair to the hood "are you going to fix the dent and paint the hood, I DON'T want the small area repaired and paint "blended" into the rest of the hood. I was assured this was not going to be done and even said that wouldn't be a proper repair. So I left it there, got a call today saying that's what happened (blended into the rest of the hood) That was not what I was told they were going to do and if they would have been straight up I would NOT have had it repaired....certainly not there. I would have just had the windshield replaced (for free) and put a bandage over the dent saving $500 bucks (that I don't have) When I raised concerns they got aggressive ! Started coming up with BS. So I just ended the conversation and will never go back and let the person that referred me know of my experience (and others) Another question I had before I dropped it off was "considering the insurance company estimate was so low do I have to worry about additional charges and was assured they would handle it on there end" something very telling when talking about the repairs made just now ....he said "I only get paid to paint this area not the hood!" WTF! you let the insurance company dictate the proper repair even though when I dropped it off I was told just painting the area and blending wasn't a proper repair..... I not only didn't get the job done I authorized but instead got what I strongly emphasized I didn't want and without a chance to turn the repair down! read more

Today, 02/10/23, I went to pick up my car from the redo paint that they had to redo from the first time that was mess up within less than a year under both of my doors on each side. I paid from Diamond flake which is a red flake inside. I could only see the red flakes the first time when the sun had hit on it. Thats it. Today, I immediately notice my black panels sticking up on the car and in the back where my satellite us, the wires were showing which it wasnt like that when I brought it in, so I immediately let the worker know and he immediately got on the phone with the manager Chris Bethan who told him on the phone to fix it. I dont have pictures showing those two first bad fuck up mistakes. Third, i notice the door chrome part peeling off from them touching it. Why did they mess with it, I have no idea because they were painting underneth my car doors. Remember, my car wasnt like this. Third, got in the inside and notice all these marks on the inside of both doors and the handles and carpet of the inside. It was some marks on my seat also but I wipe that off. They dont care. The manager should make sure thay each person car is up to part when they finish, but he ail to do his job.So i called the shop and told him my concerns and issues and at first he act like he didn't care which he didn't.I ask for corporate number which he refused to give it to me. Of course he would because he knows that his guys and this shop fuck up. Then he have the nervous to tell me to stop yelling. Do i supposed to be calm after all of these mistakes when I paid macco THOUSANDS OF $$$$$$$$. I dont fucking think so and I told him to think as if he was a paying customer like me. He would be upset also. He did call me back a few mins later and ask if I were calm and to take pictures showing him the mistakes and offer me a free car wash coupon which was not sent, but he said they was not responsible for after market value items like my foor handles and I told him, I dont know why not. It was not fuck up when I bought it to your shop and I did take pictures before I took my car in. Please. I would have been better taken my car to any othet paint shop, but Macco. This is by far the WORST WORST. Macco shop. Look the next very day, why now my panels board screw is not all the way in. WARNING PEOPLE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE TO THEM. I brought my car in after the insurance considered it totaled. Not only were they able to salvage a lot of my parts but they made my car look new again. I don't even know how that was possible. And on top of that they save me so much money, they were not out to rip my head off like most mechanics and collision repair shops. I highly recommend them. Good paint job, that is about it. Terrible customer service,body work, and they didn't bother to clean the glass and other debris very well. If I hadn't double checked my kids could have gotten cut or worse, I've used Maaco before and they've done great I just don't recommend this location. read more
