I initially brought my rim in for repair for a crack. However, when I took it to Discount Tire to get it put it back on my car, it turned out it was still cracked. I reached out, and they were willing to take it back and repair it again. Update: from when my tire blew out on the highway. Still do NOT recommend due safety, service, overall cost, and peace of mind. From the first call to Dan I started to feel he would do whatever it took to avoid blame. And I was right. According to them it was a puncture in the tire sustained after I left. After having the picture Dan sent me reviewed, I was informed the puncture could have also been done with a screw driver but that is speculation and hearsay. However, it told me what I needed to hear. These are my opinions and I just want to make other customers aware of the experience. I requested a quote from them on Friday and they got back to me within minutes. I used them today and got there first thing in the morning. They finished my wheel in a little over half and hour but they did say it could take as long as 90 minutes. If you can leave your car, you probably should as there's not much of a waiting room and really no places to get something to eat or drink. I did wind up walking to a 7-11 nearby (about a 10 minute walk). Still, their service is honest and fast. I had my tires replaced recently on my Range Rover and was told I have a small crack on the inside-face of my rim. Fortunately, I only had a small leak but didn't want to take any chances. So, I shopped around online and found Wheel Repair 360. I couldn't be happier. I literally pulled up at 1:40 on a Monday afternoon. There was no wait. Dan greeted me friendly, examined the tire for any safety issue, told me the price, had a tech take the tire off and replace it with my full-size spare, and I was off until the next day. Dan called me at 11 AM the next day. I went to retrieve the tire about Noon. Dan greeted me warmly again, showed me the weld (professionally done) and balance weights, threw the tire back on in less than 10 minutes. Moreover, I have a rim that works and looks as good as new with the refinishing, all for $175. For the record, I do this thing called "park by feel" so I was considering just replacing the thing. The thing is, that rim is the 22" top of the line Autobiography version that costs $1,850 brand new plus tax. These guys are Saints. Now I'm considering getting the other three redone. Well done. I have tried several shops in DFW and this is the ONLY place that does rim repair, pristinely. There is zero trace of where the damage was/where the repair was done. Had one of the most positive experiences with these guys. It began with the initial repair. Not only was I was quoted a great price (much lower than the dealership), but also a fast turnaround (quicker than the dealership)! Even though I only had 3 rims with curb rash, all 4 were treated so that they would have the same uniform look. I legit dropped my car off at roughly 11am and via onstar service telling me when the tire pressure had changed, I knew they were working on my car shortly thereafter. I received a text the next morning before they opened and was able to pick my car up in less than 24hrs! The rims were fixed to perfection. Rebalanced exceptionally well. And reinstalled to their proper positions as not to affect my cars TPMS system. The owner is a standup honest guys who of any mistakes are made, will work tirelessly to correct them. This was the case as I forgot my quote written on a sticky note) at home at time of pickup. The amount I paid was slightly more because we discussed other options the day prior. Once this was brought to his attention however, he promptly reached out to me to repay the difference. Just all around top notch service. When leaving your vehicle overnight somewhere foreign. It's imperative that you trust the person performing the work. Hands down this is where I'll take any future wheel repairs in the unfortunate circumstance that I scratch them again. For $600, these folks powder dipped the stock aluminum on my old truck wheels a gorgeous hot rod red, and installed fake white walls that lay over the tire. They probably won't put the white walls on your car because it was such a struggle, but I appreciated the upgrade to my rolling mid-life crisis. read more

This is my first review of a business. My friend and neighbor recommended this shop to repair the road rash on some used wheels I had bought. I spoke to Dan at 360 and he assured me they could repair the wheels and make them look like new. In addition I had a billet rim where the hoop had bent driving over a pot hole. Dan said that wasn't an issue either. When I arrived at the shop Dan had asked what finish I wanted on the wheels. I told him the same satin black finish that was on them. Dan looked at the wheels and came back with they aren't satin black and that they could match the stock finish which had a little metallic in it. I told him to take their time as I wanted everything done right and I was on no rush. Dan contacted me 3 days later telling me the job was completed. When I went to pick up the rims I was very impressed with the repair job on all 4 rims which all had road rash. The ends of each rim were perfectly rounded and looked just like new. They actually filled in the small places that needed it and didn't just cut the rim down to get rid of the road rash. Also the powder coat was very nice and looks to match the stock finish. I won't know till I compare the wheels to my original wheels on the car. Also the one billet rim which was bent seemed to have been repaired nicely with no signs of a repair being done. I am very particular regarding my cars and I would have no issues in bringing in any rim repair to 360. Very nice work and highly recommended.
