They left a turn key project. It was a big job to demolish our 47x21 driveway and our back patio. Miguel saved us money by suggesting they overlay our two sets of poorly done steps rather than demolish them. We now have beautiful, even steps that are much safer to use. You get a fly-by-night crew messing up your concrete, and there's no easy solution. I got three bids on my patio. Sione's was the most expensive. But in the walk-thru, Paul noticed things the other contractors didn't. He asked really good questions and provided a price quickly. His decades of experience was evident. So I decided to spend more and use him. He and his crew didn't disappoint. I wanted an arc on the end of the patio, and they worked on the form until I was happy with it. They answered all my questions and I had a lot. I'd overseen a lot of commercial concrete in my career, but was unfamiliar with several things they did during this residential job. It wasn't wrong, it was just unfamiliar. They explained why they were doing what they were doing, so I withheld judgment until the end. There were a couple of details in their prep work I wasn't happy with. They changed them without complaint or argument. And they cleaned up after they were done. On top of everything else, the crew was amazingly fast. Concrete is brutal work, but these guys moved like a well-oiled machine. The result was a beautiful product. No low spots, perfect slope, clean joint, beautiful radiused edges. I will definitely use them again when I'm ready to replace my old driveway. And I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for quality concrete work.

They also fixed various electrical and plumbing issues that had cropped up over the years. Ian and his team of skilled laborers were extremely quick and efficient, and were careful about shifting existing furniture and possessions from room to room as they worked on the flooring removal and installation. Our project manager Aaron Hernandez kept in touch with us daily, and personally visited at least every other day to check progress and resolve any issues during the 3-1/2 week project. We were also very happy with the quality of the flooring and bathroom products that they recommended and installed.

We can now enjoy gathering's in our backyard. Our backyard had so many different slopes and is small so we never used it. We now love our backyard and love hanging out there chilling! The project manager seemed much more responsive to my boyfriend but I don't feel he ever listened to me or my opinions. The salesman sold us on everything but we don't feel like we ultimately had a lot of say in the layout. We never saw a final plan for our project until it was being started. Yes, the finished product is beautiful but we don't feel like we got exactly what we wanted. I recommend this company if you can be a little bit pushy about what you want and stay on top of them
