I have taken my Toyota Tacoma to AllPro twice now, once for issues with the truck starting, and…read moreonce to have them check my power steering (it has a small leak) and my parking brake. Patrick spent 30 minutes with the starting issue and didn't charge me a dime because he couldn't replicate the problem. He spent an hour checking my power steering and parking brake, told me what it would take to fix the power steering leak, and actually advised me not to have it done yet as it wasn't necessary. He could have just done the work and made over $1000, but he didn't. He couldn't get the cabling for the parking brake, so he gave me a few suggestions for that. He didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. Patrick is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. If he doesn't fix anything, he doesn't charge you anything. That is unheard of in today's world. He has gained me as a customer for as long as I live here. Anytime someone has vehicle issues, I always recommend his shop. My hat is off to him and his team for their honesty and integrity. I'd give their shop 10 stars if I could.

(My fuel gauge showed 1/4 tank of fuel). As I was waiting in line for the fuel pump my truck ran out of diesel and the truck" died". I manually pushed my truck to the pump and pumped 34.5 gallons of diesel into the truck. My truck would not start then. Since it was late in the day and no diesel mechanics were available until Monday, I had my truck towed to where I am staying. This morning I phoned Steen's Master Lube at 0800 HRs and spoke with Kayla. She said, Yes, bring the truck in and they would repair it. I had the truck then towed to Steen's and after checking in with Kayla, she introduced me to Don, who then bled the fuel injectors and managed to get my truck in top running condition again. I cannot praise Steen's Master Lube and Kayla and Don enough for being willing to squeeze me in on a busy schedule and have my truck up and running in short time. Precision Auto Repair happened to be there, but they weren't even open for business yet. These guys were great! They hooked us up with new lug nuts, filled the spare with air, and got us back on the road. And this happened all past normal business hours. I can't speak to their work when it comes to standard repairs, but I can say that they were extremely helpful to some random strangers at 5:30 pm that needed some help.
