I moved to my home around 3 years ago, and the previous owner told me to get an account with All State Propane. He had done his research and by far, no one else compared, in service, price, and punctuality. I went ahead and got an account with them also. 3 years later, my propane gage was broken, due to old age, so I replaced it. I had to empty out my entire cylinder and so I thought this would be a good time to do my research and find a cheaper propane supplier. To my surprise I did not find it. I too, called around, tried to finagle the price with other venders and found myself admitting the simple fact of good customer service and great prices goes along way. So, in summery. What an amazing family and team members to work with. I just switched over and have had better service in the first few days with them than I've experienced in the past 1 1/2 years with the other company. They have great attitudes and are so helpful. All State Propane was able to deliver a new tank within 3 days of calling and I will have the rest filled by the end of this week. What the heck? All State Propane just treated me like a human being. I was so busy & tired I totally forgot to order propane till i was almost empty. I called Friday morning they squeezed me in as the last stop & didn't charge an emergency delivery fee not only that they always have the best lowest price on propane. The reps who answer the phone are warm & courteous. I will NEVER use anyone else ever again. I will only call All State when I need propane. I have never had so many problems with a propane company in my life. I am constantly going back and forth with these people and I only call for propane 2x a year. Charging me 65$ to come out to have propane put into my tank because they had come out early the previous morning and couldn't come out again. I have never encountered a fee for coming out EVER! I have had multiple problems and the last one was big enough for them to have to offer me free gas. I wish I could get rid of this company. They are the worse. Clint. A driver of them. This company is a rip off! I highly recommend you choose another company for your propane. They show up whenever it is convenient to them, not the customer. They doubled their prices within 6 days. They charged my father $2.69 per Gallon, for a full tank, and turned around and charged us $ 4.30 per Gallon. Yet quoted us something different on the phone. Allstate propane failed. They have horrible customer service. I called to order a tank fill two weeks ago, they informed me they would be out the following week, I had sufficient propane to last till then so I thought nothing of it. The week came and gone with no delivery, I called to get an update and got the run around, they told me they have 10 business days to deliver, I agreed and waited. The tenth business day passed. They called and spoke to my mother in law who is not an account holder on the eleventh day and told her they would be out tomorrow, she asked why they can't make it today. They told her if they come today it will be an extra charge. I was furious called back and asked the same question, they didn't want to pay their driver overtime so we have to suffer even though it's passed the 10 business day mark. They assured me they would get someone out first thing the next morning. It is now the next afternoon and still no load. Called and driver is at stop 7 I am stop 14. So much for first thing in the morning!!!! read more

After checking everything to be sure it was off I called All State Propane. Dominique walked me through the steps of checking the tank and turning it off until they could get someone out which she was able to do within the same day. I don't have to leave messages and not get a call back, they let me know when they're in the area. Such a "breath of fresh air" when it comes to customer service and price! Highly recommend this company for Propane. Called them one day about switching propane companies and the tank was switched out the next day. I felt like a pest for calling so much with questions/concerns about the switch but Dominique was so accomodating and put my mind at ease. Wish I would have gone with this company 2 years ago! Live and learn, but if you're looking for a new company because you are done with the "the driver has your information and will call you when he's in the area" BS, give these awesome people a try.
