I went over at 10 AM range the bell and waited. Went to office as asked if open, told to ring bell and wait. Half an hour later guy said they were at lunch. Asked why sign said lunch 12-1 guy said new guy. U left and A camper van came in. Saw camper van and went back over. Same guy said no one helped the camper van and I should leave. Great service! It's a really fast and affordable. I just drove up to the outdoor station they had and put my 15lb propane tanks on the stand. They filled them up right away. Be aware that they take lunch from 12-1, so no one will be there to service you during that time. read more

Was quoted $30 to stamp (recertify) and $40 to fix a propane tank for my forklift if broken. I turned in 3, if all were broken it would be $210. Not all were broken when I dropped off, only one was and I got a bill for $278. No one called me about cost, explanation, they just said it's ready. Called to try to talk to manager. No return call yet Get a quote or they will price gauge you big time! These guys are a joke. Usually, I go to a gas station, the clerk seems annoyed and often unsure about how to do it right, etc. The guy who helped me was a super friendly pro who had me in and out in under 3 minutes. Sometimes when you need something like propane, you forget where you saw the place that sales it. Well this time I remembered, and when I drove up, there was a big banner stating fill up your propane tank for $10.00. They need someone working at the 535 S Melrose location to actually be able to work the propane tank refills. They told me they don't have anyone certified to do it, and the ones that are are out in the field. So don't drive there like I did for a waste of time. read more

Came here to refill my BBQ propane! Make sure to check in to get the discount. But for the BBQ propane tank (with the check in), it only cost me like 15-20 bucks? The attendant to help you was extremely friendly and even helped me carry the filled tanks back to my trunk. It seems like there is usually a wait whenever it is a holiday or the weekend therefore go on a weekday to get them filled. The only one change I would recommend is, the payment is a pain because you need to enter the building which is around the corner. Not a big deal if you want to gets some steps in. I just feel it'll be more efficient and would cause less traffic if you can pay where you get your propane tank filled at! Other than that, great experience :) read more
