I'm not sure the guys name, but this is the second time my home warranty sent this guy out with…read morethis company and the second time it got mis diagnosed or he couldn't get it, so they would've needed to come back out, which the home warranty was not going to cover. The first time he came out, it was for my water heater. I knew that's what was wrong with it, but he didn't have the tool to check it, so he said I needed all new pipes. Obviously the warranty wouldn't cover that, so I called for a second opinion and thank goodness I did, cuz it was in fact the water heater. This time around, my pipes are clogged and he only had a 30ft snake or whatever he used, so he "couldn't" clear the clog. They called the home warranty to get approved for a bigger machine and/or to cut the pipe after finding the clog. He told home warranty there was grass and woodchips in there, so cuz that's a "foreign object", it wouldn't get covered so they would want me paying out of pocket. I called for a second opinion and the same guy that came out last time for the water heater, came out and cleared my pipe in a half hour. He did not see any woodchips and/or grass. This guy is a joke and does not know what he's doing. I don't like really leaving reviews, but cuz this is the second time with this company/guy...I feel like they are a dirty company and cuz the home warranty will only cover so much, they would rather the warranty not cover so they can charge you a heck of a lot more. I will make sure my home warranty never chooses this company again if I need work done!

I asked for and was given an estimate by James (Business Owner) to replace our furnace and air…read moreconditioner. The price was within our budget for equipment I like, Rheem. It comes with a 10 year parts, 1 year labor warranty. The day of installation, James and his employee arrived as promised and removed my old equipment and installed the new. The installation required replacement of some copper lines and pvc run under the house as well as some fabrication of sheet metal. They worked steadily and methodically. They probably could have finished sooner if I didn't ask questions, however, James had told me previously that it would be about 5 hours. That proved to be very accurate to within just a couple of minutes. Everything was done well. I paid particular attention to the soldering of the copper lines and the bending/alignment of same. I haven't seen or done it better. Job was finished, new thermostat installed and system tested. Work area cleaned and everything hauled away. Now it's only been a day, but having watched the installation and having confidence in the brand, I have questions as to the quality of work or the brand. I feel we were treated well, treated fairly and recommend Show-Me Heating and Cooling in Springfield, MO (there are others) without hesitation.

The price quoted was in between the two other companies. Not to high, not to low. I chose to go with them however based on Phil's professionalism during the process. He didn't come across as 'used car salesman' slick or condescending like the other two guys who provided quotes. He was patient while I asked questions and clear when he explained the pros and cons of different material types. His guys showed up and stayed on until the job was completed which was greatly appreciated. Nobody took a four hour lunch break which you kind of expect when hiring contractors They cleaned up after themselves, and ran magnets around the exterior of the house to collect loose nails when they were done. This was a concern for me as I do have dogs and wouldn't want them getting hurt stepping on them. They got most of them and I was able to run a rolling magnet I picked up from Lowe's to get the rest. The new roof looks great and we are very happy with the results.

They also sent someone out to do a temp patch so we would not get any water damage during our 2 month wait . When they arrived there were about 14 men that showed up to do the job. Couldn't believe how each guy had a certain job to do and they did it like a well oiled machine. Laid down tarps all around the house and on deck to catch the old shingles. Rolled the yarn afterwards with magnet to pick up nails. We only found 4 nails afterwards and they were in a flower bed which BTW they took great care not to damage our landscaping. Never heard a cuss word or any arguing amongst themselves. Got the job done in one day. We chose this company because of a high recommendation from a friend they had the same experience as we did. They worked great with our insurance company. You want the job done right give them a call. This project was done in June of 2019

There is nothing legit about this company. I contacted them about renovation work on a house I…read morebought. Eric came to the house, and was very agreeable, and I thought I liked him for the job. He came up with a bid, and we agreed to go forward. The total bid was around $15,000. I had to pay him $9,000 to "secure myself as the next job he did". He gave me a rough estimate of when he could start. Within that time, I had a series of bad luck, and was forced to sell the house. I called him and explained my situation. At first he said he would give me a complete refund, but later that day he sent me a long text about being a Godly man, and being that, he couldn't give me a refund. After texting with him some more, he agreed to refund me $5,300. I only ever got $4,500 back from him. I'm guessing it was all he had left of my money, because he's borrowing from Peter, to pay Paul. I am now debating small claims court for my remaining money. All in all, I knew this guy for a month. Don't waste your money, time, and hopes on this guy.
