The now defunct Proflow installed the unit about 2 years ago, but the unit's efficiency declined. Tony showed up, and who knew a simple cleaning would snap it back to 100%. Now, to the company that absorbed Proflow, All Pro - 1 star. PLEASE, PLEASE stop spamming my TXT and email with "Following up on estimate" communications. I contacted this company for a second opinion on a drainage issue and was honestly shocked by the experience. They initially sent a junior-level plumber, Jose, who needed to call a senior technician because my situation was a bit more complicated. After speaking directly with the senior technician, the conversation quickly went downhill. My backyard drain pipe was not draining properly after it had been replaced by my gardener, who admittedly did not do a good job. I asked whether the pipe could be regraded or otherwise repaired. Instead of discussing different options, the technician immediately recommended what appeared to be the most expensive solution: installing a pump system, with an estimated cost of around $17,000. When I asked whether he could come out in person to take a closer look at the issue, he instead asked what I was willing to spend before coming out. I explained that my gardener had already excavated the entire trench and installed new drainage pipe for approximately $300 in labor, so I was not expecting a five-figure repair. His response was: "Well, maybe you should have your gardener fix it then. Don't call a plumber if you're not willing to spend the money. Everything we do is north of $3,000." I found that response rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Before contacting this company, I had already received estimates from three other licensed plumbing companies, all of which were around $1,500 to regrade the drainage pipe. Not only was this company's recommendation dramatically more expensive, but the attitude was by far the worst part of the experience. There is nothing wrong with charging premium prices. There is something wrong with belittling potential customers for questioning an estimate or having a different budget. I called looking for professional advice and was treated as though I was wasting their time. Afterward, I checked Yelp and found numerous negative reviews describing experiences very similar to mine. Those reviews closely matched my experience. Based on what I experienced firsthand and what I later found on Yelp, I have a hard time believing those reviews on Google are real. I made an appointment two weeks prior to the date. It was set for Saturday 06/13/26 between 9:00 to 10:00. I was told that it is all set up. I made sure that I asked we are confirmed for a Saturday appt. for a 3000 sqf commercial building. "Yes" we are all set. I even received a text conformation on Friday 06/12/26. I drove an hour from my house to be in Gardena just before 9:00am. At 9:15 I receive a call from the office saying that there commercial AC guys don't work on Saturdays. I told the girl that I made this appt. two weeks ago and nobody checked. Now 15 mins after my appt. It's a show. What a waste of my time and my tenants time. I will never use this company. We got this company recommended by Lowe's for our AC with a 2 year maintenance service. We had our 1st service scheduled last November 2025 for maintenance. They canceled because no technician was available. Rescheduled January 2026 and again no one showed up. Scheduled March 2026 and they promise we will be the 1st house to service and showed up around 4pm. I think this company is a scam once they service you once and paid them, they will never commit to service you properly. I will not recommend this company. 3/21/26 - Following up on your response. I called to schedule a non emergency appointment because a cleaner (whom I hired because I have a broken foot and have been struggling to deep clean on my own) told me I probably need to call a plumber because the sink in my son's bathroom needed it. I took her at her word and called All Pro Plumbing and told them this pretty much word for word. They asked if I knew the problem and I said no just something with the sink. They scheduled me an appointment and Ander arrived (and normally in a negative review I do not like to use names, but I do feel it is important for women especially to know this employee) who came in and looked at the sink and said your stopper is broken it needs to be replaced. Then he looked under the sink pressed a piece of toilet paper to it pulled it, rubber with might pulled away dirt and said "you also have a leak this will need to be replaced." Not moisture on the paper at all! Then he informed me he was not a drain fixing employee and when I asked why he came he said "well you didn't say what was wrong, we didn't know it was a sink." I told him what I told the operator (Dane and another operator who called to follow up) he said "no you didn't we record our calls." When I asked him to go ahead and prove to me with that recording that I didn't say bathroom sink problem he told me to take it up with dispatch. Don't call a customer a liar, tell them you have supposed proof of the lie, then deny them the courtesy of proving it. I walked into the bathroom after he left, looked down into the slow draining and sink and felt around and felt a knob. Looked up and the knob from the medicine cabinet was gone. I also am not a drain expert (and maybe I shouldn't have been so quick to call one but experience has told me let professionals dealing with plumbing issue) but I figure it out by getting a little dirty. He trief to upsell me a bunch of stuff, didn't even look into/feel into the drain. My neighbor came over will a tool, took apart the bottom of the drain and got the knob out. Done and done. This is why women HATE calling for home repairs services! (Gannon is the only employee with this company I would trust to work with again) but this is the second time this company has pulled this (one time it was with my shower the screw was stripped and I need strength to get out, guy told me I'd need a whole new shower valve installed. I told him I saw a trick on YouTube and gave him permission-he called to ask his boss) and surprise the screw came out with the trick and his strength. Every job gets upsold. Even as a 'member' a job goes from a simple wax ring change for a leak to flange repair and from $300+ to pull toilet to an additional $1800+ remove and replace the flange. We've had HVAC inspection that turned into a $15,000 estimate for 'needed' duct replacement and AC work. (We didn't have the additional work done, just clean AC.) read more

Had an issue with my heat pump that was still under warranty. The technician found the issue - faulty fan motor on the outside unit. The estimate to fix this was $1500 - labor only . To say that I was shocked was an understatement. I'm not an idiot and I know that labor for this job is maximum of two hours for a competent contractor. Tried to negotiate with management - couldn't get in touch with them. The manager attempted to call me but I couldn't take the call at the time so I tried to call him back. The receptionist couldn't put me on hold (I offered to wait). Never heard back. Got an updated offer to do this for $1200. At this point I realized they are not serious. Started calling around and sure enough found several reputable HVAC contractors who offered to do this for $500-600. Still expensive but not outrageous like AllPro. The tech fixed my unit in 1.5 hours (as I expected). Left an extra star for their friendly, and straightforward technician Tony who tried to help me (and who wasn't behind this ridiculous quote). I called yesterday for an electrical outlet repair, and the technician Brian arrived well within the estimated 8 am-12 pm window and went right to work. In the span of a few minutes, he gave some very useful information on electrical safety that killed a few electrical urban myths I'd been given from other technicians from other companies. Most importantly, he didn't try to steer me towards anything needlessly complicated or expensive, though he did give me options, which I appreciated. He even cleaned up after his work with a handy mini-vac. The service was so fast, friendly and professional that I immediately canceled my current home maintenance service and signed up with AllPro for the next year. We called and scheduled a next day appointment to check out or master bedroom that had lost power. They scheduled for a Wednesday but unfortunately were running behind with another project. I appreciate that they called us and gave us updates. We rescheduled for the following day (Thursday) with an 8-12 window. They were running about 45 mins behind but we were kept informed and were okay with the adjustment in time. Angel, the electrician, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly find the problem which was an outlet outside of the room where a wire was burning. Apparently we have outlets that were done using the older methods of wiring. Im glad he also educated us on the fact that we should have the outlets checked every 5 yrs. He was able to change the affected outlet along with 2 GCFIs in the house that we're also affected. He verified that everything was up and working and done up to code. The price was decent given the work that was done, the warranty, and the membership. Overall my husband and I were grateful to have them come out and correct the issue without it breaking the bank. It also saved us from a potential fire as the wire was burning. Thank God that they came out when they did because we were using that outlet and it could have been a major issue. We had another company out prior that didn't locate the issue and were going to charge a lot more money just to find the problem. Overall, I always say companies will get more with honesty and fair prices than they will with dishonesty and unfair prices. With that being said, I would recommend them for your electrical needs. read more

Extremely unhappy. I got stuck w/this company who contracts through Lowe's. Initially I was happy with the install, it was all done in one day, great work. This was at the end of May and I spent $34,000 for the house to have mini splits. Now when I need the living room unit replaced due to it being faulty, it has taken over a month-still not replaced. I'm furious and regretting my decision to go through Lowe's. It's a bad look for both companies. Incredible Customer Service! Our Sunday morning didn't start out too well as our downstairs bathroom started to back up and after 20+ minutes of plunging effort I feared it was more than a simple clogged toilet. A quick search for local plumbers and I immediately saw the huge number of great reviews for All Pro and knew they were my choice! Within minutes an urgent order was placed and soon after Semaj, our total hero was knocking at our door. After a quick assessment Semaj had his snake setup and in no time the line was cleared, crisis averted! So our air conditioner stopped working. It is 5 yrs old. We called All Pro to come out. They ended up telling us our mother board and motor were fried (due to a recent power outage on our street which created a surge apparently) was his thoughts. They quoted a price of $4,500 to fix it and add a surge protector. So we got a second opinion. Another company (RC Air) can out today and it was an easy fix. .(a bad contractor and blown fuse). We then had them add a surge protector on it as well. Total cost was a little over $1,000. We now have air! So my comment is-beware of using All Pro. They are a rip off. read more

Called All Pro because I was having problems with my kitchen sink draining. I knew the problem because my friend is a plumber, but lives in West Los Angeles and was not able to come out right away. So I decided to try a local company. Luis Pimentel arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what my friend told me needed to be done. He did not try and BS me.He was honest and that made me very happy. He prepared everything and snaked the pipes. David T subsequently arrived with the hydro jet and both began the process of hydro jetting the pipes. I was very impressed and very happy with the service they both provided. read more
