I purchased a ring for 1K less than a year ago. I was told it came with a lifetime warranty. I recently went in to have some work done on it because the diamond fell out. I had the diamond and needed it repaired. I was told they changed ownership and will not give us a warranty. Absolutely terrible service. Was a waist of time to use them. I came in to pawn my speaker system worth $150-170 everywhere you look, psh. Just to get low balled down to 35 dollars for the entire system. What's crazy is their reference for what they can offer is eBay! the same place we buyers/sellers look to see how much things are worth and to determine if we should even buy sell or pawn in the first place not only that, I was showed a outdated entirely different system than what I have and that different system was then used as a reference for a shit offer. The speakers are in like new condition so the offer was just plain out disrespectful, I mean the cords still have their manufacturer kinks in them lol. Anyway I left and felt like my time was waisted by this oversized bozo the clown had a downs son looking bub so I decided to come back and waste his time. Gave him a little hard time, had him hook up the speaker and test it all out just to back out of the deal. Actually should have had him do all the paperwork too but I digress. DO NOT Go Here. I had a bracelet repaired here. The repair consisted of a glob of solder. I tried the bracelet on, and it immediately broke. I took it back and was informed that although it appeared that the bracelet broke where it has been repaired, it had in fact broken right next to the repair, and it would be an additional 25.00 to fix. They claim to be Oregon's most trusted pawn shop in actuality they should be called Oregon's not to be trusted pawn shop!!! Do Not do business with this company! ATG cheated me out of all of my jewelry i had there on loans and claimed I forfeited my items. Took them to small claims court in Clackamas County and won the judgement in July... But no justice for me since i didn't have value of my items which to me were sentimental and priceless!! so wasnt made whole with all that is now gone!! I feel in a sense cheated and defeated as some items were of my late mom. VP of ATG lied under oath and altered documents to try and prove their claim in court. Untrustworthy and deceitful with no compassion or remorse for their proven actions. And all that i have had to go through to prove they are corrupt and will cheat long time customers. Also claim they are regulated by State of Oregon. So they might sound pleasing but. Consumers Beware and go elsewhere!!! read more

I found a product they had listed for sale on another website. I called them and given a clear and concise description of the product and asked if they still had it. (It was a shotgun. Real hard to screw that up). They guy said "yup, we got it." I said great, what condition it is in? He said "it's in great shape." I said awesome I have a long drive, see you tomorrow. I got there and they don't have it. Another employee told me he sold it a month prior. In fact they had nothing even close to it. Long story short not only did he lie about having it. He lied about what condition it was in. He doesn't know because he doesn't have it. I drove an hour and a half to be lied to by that rat fink, Willie Nelson looking mouth breather. I have been a customer of ATG for about 20 years! Have dealt with THIS store ever since moving to Milwaukie. A few weeks ago, I took in a ring that I purchased in 1994 and had the original receipt. A small stone had fallen out and I went in requesting they replace it. The ring had lots of sentimental value so I didn't much care what it cost me. When I went to pick it up, the stone did NOT match the size of the opposite side! A salesman agreed it was an eyesore and suggested I come back when the actual jeweler was there, so I did. By the time I came back in, he had REMOVED the stone, so I again put in my request. He argued with me in front of a room full of customers which was embarrassing and pretty much insulted my intelligence. At that point he said he could not accommodate me, so I pointed out that I had the original purchase receipt and per their policy desired to upgrade the ring. He refused to do that because it was defective, which it wouldn't have been if he had left the replacement stone (which he thought was ok) in it! He basically refused to do business with me. Againl all of this was in front of a bunch of customers.......I will NEVER do business with this store again!! I will take my business to another ATG store in town!! read more
