This medal was the perfect size for my needs. I also purchased two more pendants. Paid for with my Credit Card. Sunday, I decided to re-arrange my pendants to go with my other pendants, and none of them fit my gold chain. I also found some gold rings to attach to my medals, and one of them didn't even fit inside my ring. I decided to return the two pendants. We drove all the way to Beaverton, just blocks away from the shop, when I took my receipt out of my purse, where it's been, to make sure I have it, when I read my receipt. (see photo below). I freaked out! Yes, I'm blocks away, and I'm freaking out, that they won't take it back. 20% RESTOCKING FEE? No return on jewelry and guns (I can understand guns, but jewelry?) I am not a crook, I'm an honest citizen, a previous customer, who gave them a good review, the first time. I decided to go back home and think about what else I could do! They didn't tell me any of THAT! They were busy! I opened a Credit Card Dispute on the phone, that evening. I also try to sell one of the pendants, to a friend of mine who like religious stuff, maybe, I can try to dispute the other pendant. After much talking, she decided to buy it for her daughter's graduation. I told her: I'll throw in the box and put a bow on it. I also decided, to keep the other pendant, that didn't fit my original chain, for a gift to my granddaughter's graduation (hopefully she won't see my review, and add a more expensive gold chain from my collection). I closed the dispute! LESSON LEARNED HERE: Make sure you understand the store's policy, before you take out your wallet. I could have been in a worst situation, I am glad, I found other solutions. For other people, not so lucky, you've been warned!

When I walked in I was very surprised that it was nothing like what you see on TV. It was clean, well organized, so it looks like a high-end resale shop. The staff was attentive, and very professional. I'm unlikely to have anything else to sell, but if I did I would definitely go back there.

Spent over an hour sorting and weighing. Things got a little dicey when the return didn't seem to match the values we found online. There was one gentleman who was kind, helpful, and validating. The other was socially awkward (but tolerable)...until we began asking questions. He stopped making eye contact and was super rude from that moment on. That's when we noticed his name tag read "manager". It took a substantial amount of time for him to test, sort, and weigh. Before the transaction was made, we challenged the value given. He wasn't willing to compromise at all, claiming this was the best he could do. He dared us to go somewhere else. He had placed the precious metals into small envelopes and when we withdrew, he made sure to mention the "envelopes were expensive" and haphazardly dumped the gold and silver jewelry into one of our pre-filled bags. We believe the owner tried to smooth things over by offering help to our vehicle, on our way he asked why we decided not to sell, and explained they are best in the area. We explained there was ZERO gain for us, that this was for a parent in a financially strained situation and that we hoped to be back if the value was as his employee claimed. We appreciated them taking the time to go through over half the jewelry and wanted to do business with them. Thankfully, there were multiple family members involved, and we were all in agreement this required a second look. We took the same exact jewelry to another place. They were fast, efficient and offered us $1000 MORE. The reason we gave 3 stars is because they were very patient, the owner made an effort at the end and the experience with the 2nd employee (who seems like a good human and would probably make a good manager).
