So maybe put that in your voicemail that says to "text you anytime for an appointment" that you can text anytime but don't expect a response anytime or ever. We get you have a life outside of your "business" but I think 3 days is a lot of time to simply respond. I've been working with the public for 15 years and have definitely lost my cool over the years people can suck but this truly disgusted me because it's not like we expected a response with minutes or hours or even days. It was 3 full days. I know this won't be a "business" for long & sure hope this isn't how she feeds her family. Just a little common courtesy Lori, c'mon. Be better than that. Or don't clearly your not trying to be good and maybe "business women" isn't your calling. Even if you had a bad day, I can't excuse this one and I can say my patients is pretty high with customer service because I've had plenty of bad days over 15 years and done things that are not my greatest stories but I can assure you I've never been as disgusting as you.
