Rather than helping us understand the differences between available options, the conversation felt increasingly tense and dismissive, particularly when discussing our use of AI generated visuals to help refine the design direction we are trying to achieve. After scheduling a consultation, Gina later that same day decided not to take on the project, which is certainly her prerogative, and I appreciate that she communicated that before any work began. That said, the experience left me with the impression that questions, comparison shopping, and our personal decision making process were viewed negatively rather than as a normal part of a significant home investment. Steve, their salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful in providing us with solutions that met all our expectations and for a reasonable price. Within 2 weeks, my shades were delivered and installed. Oscar and Creek came fully prepared for our installation and did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional. I love my new shades and am extremely satisfied with Liberty Home Products. After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.

He fixed the issue and even left me a few extra clips so I can easily snap it back into place myself if it ever happens again. I used Yelp's quote request tool to reach several repair providers about a broken glass panel in my…read moreMilgard fiberglass french door. I described the door specifically and asked for someone experienced with Milgard. This company replied first and told me they work directly with Milgard and handle their repairs all the time, so I had them come out to measure and quote. The technician who came out did not seem familiar with how the door was built. Instead of getting the glass dimensions from the manufacturer or measuring the opening, he tried to pry off the interior trim to take his measurement. He started at the top left corner, in plain sight at eye level, and chipped the door, exposing the white fiberglass underneath. Then he did the same in the other three corners and again partway down the right side. Five spots in all, and he kept going after the first chip had already shown what the prying does. What makes it worse is where the damage landed. The chips are on the door itself, the fiberglass, which cannot simply be swapped out. The trim he was prying against is removable and replaceable, and it came through fine. He damaged the one part that is hard to replace and left the replaceable part intact. On top of that, he could not actually get the trim off, and proposed cutting it off and gluing it back on. The plan to cover the chips became repainting the door, and since it is a french door both panels would need painting to match. They asked me to source the correct Milgard paint myself. Their verbal price was also higher than what the job ultimately cost me, and the formal written quote they promised more than once never arrived. The company I ended up hiring removed the same trim in about 30 seconds, testing first in one discreet spot, with no damage to the door or the trim. That is the difference between a shop that knows this product and one that does not. I have patched the chips myself with epoxy putty and Milgard touch-up paint, but it is only a stopgap. The real irony is that the door now needs a full repaint to look whole again, not because the glass repair called for it, but purely because of the damage done during a visit to measure and quote. The damage was serious enough that I considered small claims court. One star (less if I could).

Gayle first worked with us when we needed shutters for our living room and dinning room windows, as well as a blind for the window in the garage. We were so pleased working with her, we called her again when we wanted window coverings for our kitchen sliding glass door and kitchen window. She is wonderful to work with. She understood our needs, had great suggestions and took me to a Design Showroom to look for a fabric for a cornice that would go over the sliding glass door and also be the fabric for the window shade. What makes it especially nice for me to work with Gayle, is that she listens well, makes excellent suggestions and is respectful of my taste. Working with her allows for a comfortable interaction. I value her expertise. Once the fabric for the cornice was selected, Gayle came to the house with samples for the shade for the sliding glass doors. We selected a honeycomb shade in a color that went beautifully with the kitchen wall color. I am 100% pleased with the finished product. In home visit Amanda told me you need to come to our showroom and pick fabric and everything else. I went to the showroom on January 14, 2026 and selected everything needed for the drapery. Amanda said she would email the final estimate within a couple of days. After 21 days with no response, I had to follow up myself. Her response was that they were "very busy with high volume" and that she would send the estimate within a couple of hours. That explanation didn't add up. If they were that busy, why the estimate could suddenly be produced immediately after I followed up? If you were that busy how could you call me right after you got my follow up text message!!!!! This experience was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Between the poor communication, long delays, and excessive pricing, I lost all trust in this company. I decided not to move forward and do not recommend Fashion Interior to anyone.
