I was able to get an appointment with Lisa fairly quickly. My office gets harsh light during the day and the sun heats up the room throughout the day. Lisa helped us figure out what window covering would be best. She had a lot of samples/designs to choose from and in the end we chose roller shades. Lisa was super friendly, knowledgable, and patient with me as we made our selection. We came up with a solution that fit not only my taste, but also my budget. From my experience, they were very respectful of our house (took their shoes off or covered them with disposable covers) and were careful not to damage walls or floor. Richard the installer, came and installed all the shutters in less than 2 hours. They even took care of all the cleanup afterwards. I purchased all my and electric blinds with Lisa through out the years since I couldn't afford to buy it all at once. Lisa's price was very competitive and service is top notch. She helped me with all the mfg rebates and helped me sent back one electric blind that stopped working after few years. I am very happy with her suggestions on my decor. I honestly couldn't believe the project was left unfinished. Since I already had two new existing blinds, it was very difficult to find an exact match. I contacted several companies, but most either couldn't find a similar product or suggested replacing all three sections again. Luckily, I found Korner Stone Blinds & Shutters through Yelp. They already had great reviews, and Jenny responded so quickly. I made an appointment for an estimate, and I honestly felt a little bad asking them to come out for only one blind. However, they were very happy to help with a small project and worked around my schedule. They found a very similar product that matched my existing blinds and even customized the handles and edges so everything would look like one complete set from the beginning. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. I only waited about a week before they contacted me that the blind was ready for installation. The installation was quick, but at first, it was slightly different from what I expected. I was worried because this was the same issue that caused the previous installer to leave the job unfinished. But they were not concerned at all. They calmlyfound a solution, removed the blind with a positive attitude, adjusted the fabric, and came back within a few hours to reinstall it. The final result was amazing! It looks perfect, and I am so happy they understood exactly what I wanted. Brett promised the world during the sales process, but once the contract was signed, the follow-through completely disappeared. After that, everything was handed off to Casey and communication went downhill fast. Weekend availability is terrible. I purchased the shutters in November, and installation didn't happen until months later. Brett measured my windows twice, then a younger employee came out and measured again. When the third-party installers finally showed up, they had the wrong measurements. How does that even happen after three separate visits? On top of that, Casey was extremely rude and condescending. She also kept my credit card on file without my permission, which is completely unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism throughout this entire process was through the roof. Also, the first photo shown on this so-called business profile (the one with the curtains) apparently doesn't even belong to them...or at least that's the impression I got when I asked Brett about it. When I moved into my home, the previous owner put Norman brand estate/plantation shutters in the…read morekitchen and living room, but left the other 7 windows in the house blinds. I saved up for a bunch of different house projects, with matching the shutters being one of them. Creative window coverings is one of only 3 listed Norman brand contractors in orange County, from the Norman brand website. And I wanted Norman brand specifically with the invisible tilt to match the shutters that were already there. I got quotes from all 3 people (window design group, budget blinds, and creative window coverings). I'll just say the other 2 companies were way more expensive. My cousin used to work in the window/shutter industry and he said creative window coverings price was fair, and the other companies essentially ripping me off profit wise. Creative window coverings sent Rai out to my home. He was very straightforward, honest, and gave me a lot of options and things to think about. Very knowledgeable. The other companies, one guy was in and out and didn't explain anything to me (tilt options, waterproof options for bathroom, how many panels I could choose, etc) and the other felt way too much of a sales pitch. I liked Rai the most. I went forward. Paid half the deposit. Paid the other half after the job was done. Installation was trouble free, easy, and no headaches. My house is a mess right now and they were able to still do their thing no problem. Had a great experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, very competitive and fair pricing, and I felt trustworthy that I wasn't getting ripped off and taken advantage of. Love my shutters. They look great and definitely make my home feel valuable and nicer overall. Would 1000% recommend.

I highly recommend this place!!! When I first moved into my new place, I was looking to have some blinds installed. My mom lives nearby here and suggested we go and take a look. I'm so gratwful we did because I'm soooo happy with the way the blinds turned out in all of the bedrooms! So much so, that I came back a second time to get my kitchen window and patio door done. The quality of the items are great and have held up super well after a year with no wear or tear (despite having cats). There's a ton of options with many color ways too so you aren't limited. The cost was very affordable and decent compared to retail stores, and the turnaround for custom orders was around a few weeks with the install being pretty quick and efficient, thanks to Richard. However the highlight of my experience was working with Co Lisa, the owner! I greatly appreciated her kindness, hospitality, professionalism, and customer service. She even came out to my house to take measurements on all of the windows and made some very helpful suggestions along the way. Not only is my home more warm and inviting, I also feel like I've gained a new auntie along the way!
