Charged me $20 for a flat repair service which I could have sworn they told me would be free if I needed it upon purchase of the tires , he even made me feel bad by acting like he was just going to wave the charge since I was clearly feeling like he was lying that it actually cost $20 for him to take 5 min to plug the hole in my tire, I ended up giving him the $20 because I didn't want to stiff him on the service charge because I started second guessing myself that I remembered it being a free charge offered. Sure enough I found the receipt on my way home in my car that had the box checked for free flat repair service. WTF?! Fast forward 2 months later I get another damn flat, I go back of course because I want to take advantage of the service they offered me when I bought the tires a few months ago . First thing the guy says after not responding to me when I say hello how are you doing is that he can do it for $20, I said no no I have the receipt right here that says it was an included service , so he tries lowering the price to $10.. I'm like, breh, what did I just say?.. are you asking me to tip you ? No response again.. so then he goes over to my wife and puts on his puppy dog eyes and pretty much starts begging her for money. It was pathetic, I tipped him a fiver and split , I did however talk to who I think was the owner just to verify that it was indeed an included service , because I thought maybe there was some misunderstanding or something. He was like yes of course it's free sure and I told him the guy charged me $20 last time and he pretty much was just like, oh no no it's free.. so I'm like ok whatever, but I will never buy anything here again and I don't recommend coming here. read more

I went to this place looking to buy rims for my car. Before I had a chance to make any decisions they already had my tires off and the rims sitting on my car. I kept asking how much and he didnt want to tell me he just started the credit app and said your approved. I asked again how much and he went on to say I need new tires also. I said I just bought these tires that are on my car and he said wont work with the rims. Then put on a set of tires that were ok but definitely not new but I was charged a great deal of money for these tires. I asked them if they were buying my old tires then and they said would make an offer but there really no sellable. When all was done I said what about the offer on my tires. He said something in their language and then said they applied a discount to my bill for the tires. My bill was 500.00 higher than what they told me. Do not go to this place they are scammers and cheats. Also while I was sitting there they told every customer that cam in they needed new rotors and tires. read more

Love this shop, just had some tires put on after a leveling kit put on my rig, alllignment was right but the steering wheel was a bit off. I thought i was gonna have to fight to get it right again, but the owner through it back on the rack and fixed it with no questions asked. Best new tire shop in Vallejo... they know what customer service is. Being a local pool contractor know i need to treat my customers right or they dont call back just post bad stuff. If you're trying to get coilovers installed with an alinement don't come to this place. They messed it up and it was making a very obnoxious clunking noise on all four corners. I pointed it out what might be wrong and they refuse to believe me and they kept saying that it was the springs. I took it to ANZ Motor Sport, and they test drove it and they couldn't believe all the noise coming from the coils. They took a look and a bolt was snapped in the back left and on the right it was very loose that you move with your fingers. They also pointed out that the sway bar inlinks were lose and that's what I thought was the problem. Also when I was leaving from this place they were arguing and fight with a costumer that had problems with them as well. All and all don't come here in general they will scam read more

They were arguing with me about giving me a receipt I had to go in and demand one and then he wrote one up like he didn't even have one started so the reason I believe that this happened is because I looked at it the next day when I had the time and theyTook 235 16 off my truck. I bought brand new tires as well as TPMS sensors for my 2013 Honda CRV on May 05, 2021 and all were installed on same day on my 20" alloy wheels. For a short mile trip, the sensors were working as they should be but when I drove them for couple of more miles, the lights on my dash turned on for the TPMS. Brought my car back to their shop and had to wait for almost an hour for my car to be fixed, They say if they are busy with new customers, I have to wait. Then after a mile drive again, the same thing happened and when I got it back, they say I have to be back on a Sunday since they are busy that day. It went on and on like that until I finally gave up and just let the TPMS sensors light on. I will never never gonna do business with those guys anymore and hopefully nobody else would experience the same. read more

Horrible service they use an impact gun to tighten my lug nuts, my truck shakes more and came for an alignment, and they were acting perverted when a lady came in their shop these people don't deserve to run a business after you pay they give you a receipt that says no refunds if the service was not properly done! read more
