True to his word, he met on scheduled dates and in the event that he was late, he updated via text. On the day of tree removal, his team arrived with several vehicles and all the equipment needed to remove the tree piece by piece. His team wore appropriate safety gear and moved in orchestrated order. Nick cautiously ensured that the entire work zone and route of removal were populated by only his crew. When I stepped out back to deliver a box of donuts, ALL WORK STOPPED on the site, until Nick cleared the area and confirmed that the team resume work. At one point, my long driveway was filled with branches and logs. Called for a quote and Rob was out the next day. Not only did he give me a very affordable rate…read more(best of 3) but also took the time to explain how he was going to complete the job and where the trees where going to fall. I also asked questions about other trees on my property and he seemed happy to answer them. I looked up the license, bond and insurance and all was well just as he told me. Day one the first tree came down exactly where he had planned. Then the weather came in. HEAVY RAIN and STIRRING WINDS. He explained to me that the weather was having a impact on safety. Other people might of had a problem with the job not getting completed but I totally respected his concerns. It was my house under the trees after all. Rob was also bothered by thinking he was letting me down but that wasn't a issue at all. I told him to take a look at the forecast for the week and let me know. Then the big day came 6 more trees came down with precision accuracy. Rob had the safety of the other trees and my property at the top of his priorities.
