After buying a truck from them I drove it across country back to Florida found out the ac didn't workk thought no big deal it's winter, they forgot to check it out no big deal...... while I was looking at the ac compressor found an oil leak that was very bad so I called them to talk about the oil leak and just asked if they could pay to have the ac fixed his exact words to me after that was sorry but it your problem now. After spending 70k their I would expect a little more respect then that but hey now you know. I would recommend buying a truck from anywhere but here they truly don't care and are extremely non trustworthy! They sold me a junker! read more

I have never written a review in my life. This is one that a thought very strong about writing. I recently purchased a utility truck from All Trucks USA. The reason for this purchase is because of the discription the about themselves on there website. The firmly talk about friendly sales staff, very high quality trucks, ease of purchasing and delivery. Sales staff was not what I call friendly. Ease of purchasing was the great and only thing true. I own a mechanical service business. I needed a extra service truck. I went to there website. Picked the truck I wanted. Called the sales department. Asked a few basic questions about the truck. They reassured me after all my questions, I was purchasing a truck that had been thoroughly gone through, serviced and inspected. So I purchased the truck and they delivered promptly. I did not negotiate the price. I paid full retail for this truck. They truck was over priced ocording to Kelley blue book. Just did not have time to negotiate or kick the tires. The truck was delivered on a Saturday to my office. Monday morning I started the truck let it warm up. I put the truck in drive and headed down the road. Immediately the truck had a awful growling noise coming from the rear end differential. It also had a grinding noise coming from the front wheels. It also had a grinding noise when I apply the brakes. I understand that these trucks have no warranty. You buy as is. But I also do not understand why they would sell and deliver a truck broken right out of the gate. I called and talk to the sales person that sold me the truck. He told me to send it to my shop mechanic to have it looked at. The findings were. The rear differential was full of metal shavings. Destroyed. The front wheel bearings were shot. The front brake pads and rotors are shot. They replaced the rear differential, installed new brakes and rotors, and new wheelbearings. The sales guy send me a $2500 check to cover the cost. Not even remotely close to repair cost. After the shop made all the repairs. They put the truck in reverse to backed it out of their shop. The truck would not go in reverse. Further inspection found the transmission has failed. So what choice do I have at this point. No turning back now. Too much invested. Time to rebuild the transmission. $8000 later. The truck is still in the shop. The only time we have been able to drive this truck is from my shop to the mechanic shop. Called the sales guy back at All trucks USA. He told me that he has went above and beyond on his part. Exact words. This purchase is completely my fault. My problem. My mistake. Lesson learned. Buyer be sure not to sign purchase agreement until you check out and test drive. Be careful!!!! read more
