The person who spoke to me on the phone got all my information, listened carefully, and gave me good advice about what I needed based on what was happening (a free assessment, rather than jumping to an animal removal appointment). The person who came to my house called ahead, offered to text me when he arrived (because I was in work meetings), and was incredible! He checked out the stove, not just quickly looking inside, but poking carefully to see how it was set up and whether anything might be hiding out of sight. He examined the pipes leading to the stove. And, he explained what likely caused the sound (a bee that had since died). He also pointed out the outside chimney and helped me understand a bit about how it was set up, why I likely didn't need to do anything, but also offered to send a quote to add some protection if I wanted it. The quote was very reasonable, and if I thought that I needed the additional protection, I'd hire them in a second to do it. Incredibly reassuring, informative, and helpful. Attic Kings are the best!! I heard lots of LOUD noises in the attic above our room after it snowed…read morein Snellville, GA. I had seen a mother raccoon with her family on the porch previously. However, I did not know they would get inside our roof and hang out when it got cold. Attic Kings guys came out and assessed the situation and set traps. They got the first two raccoons in three days and the last one a couple of days later so fast, and they were great about checking the traps and then coming right back out when I called them saying there was one in the trap. They did not make me or the raccoons wait. No noise since they trapped them and then sealed the holes so they could not get back inside. Very nice people and helpful. I contacted A and A Critters who referred us to their pest division, Matt's, about an insect…read moreproblem. Matt himself responded right away and I was able to quickly get an appointment. We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother.
