Always have to change the appointments, which has been hit or miss on the rescheduling. I often get notifications 24 hrs before they are showing up and not the 3 day notice as advertised. Or you get the notice after hours when the office is closed. The termite guy tried to come two months early and I had to push back. We had a date scheduled for him to come and he tried to change it again claiming we never agreed on a date. Overall not a great experience and I have switched to doing my own pest control.

From the beginning Steven has provided us with not just customer service, but with heartfelt consideration and kindness. My husband and I purchased a total lemon of a house. One major issue was that we had a significant infestation of cockroaches, spiders and a large variety of ants.
