They did a good job getting rid of Norway rats in my yard. For three holes leading to nests they put out a couple of bait traps and the digging stopped. I chose a six month plan for the treatment. Smart Solutions requires full payment before any repair work is even scheduled. They provide an incomplete estimate, meaning they give no itemization of costs, just a total amount at the bottom of the page. They also did not have authorization to use our credit card for the final payment but did so anyway. They also use gimmicks to reel you in. . We did get them to accept half payment before work started and final payment when completed. Work was done adequately. We would have run the other way as soon as we saw that they required full payment up front but our pest control company recommended them so we hung in. We regret using them. read more
