Despite this I was concerned since I live 50+ miles from the property and don't have a mobile phone. I could envision the plethora of mixups that characterize today's business interactions. But, Wade came through with flying colors !!! Starting from my original interaction with Lizzy (who is a jewel !) things ran as smooth as possible. My appointment was set up and Cory arrived slightly early ! He assessed the situation, covered in detail exactly what would be done, including code upgrades that were required, and that afternoon (NOT weeks or months later) I had my quote. I was able to schedule the actual installation just a few days after and again, the personnel, Miguel and Benjamin, arrived ON TIME. More importantly, they were PREPARED ! None of this baloney about not having the right parts on the truck, etc. They figured out BEFOREHAND what they needed and had it all, ready to go. Why can't all businesses do this ? We had a series of torrential rain storms and snow, and I was concerned it wouldn't be finished on time. His team showed up, and when I arrived to see how things were going, I noticed that their truck had damaged the asphalt driveway. When I returned the next time to see the final job, I was very impressed to see that the driveway had been repaired after the tank was installed. They did a great job and left the site looking better than before they showed up. I will happily use them again and will recommend them to other clients. Great job, and I was very impressed with the fact that they got it done despite road closures and heavy rain.

Someone else buried it. I recently asked him to come up and show me where the leach field is, and he kept saying it "wasn't his problem". Who else would you call other than the person who installed it? I have the handwritten invoice and photos of a septic pipe just above ground and as I said, tied to trees. ALL I asked is if he would come up and have a look. When I told the rest of the crew who I hired to do the septic, they all groaned and told me what a mistake I had made, but I have already give him $4000. He has no conscience. Grandfather, father, and son arrived on Saturday morning on a holiday weekend to begin the rescue operation on this old system, explained everything thoroughly, educated me along the way, and spent most of the past week digging, cleaning, upgrading, and getting the system working again . . . all in a spirit of good humor and respect for a widow with zero experience in this realm. In the process, they kept us functioning on a minimal use plan (no laundry) so that we had most of the creature comforts with minimal disruption to our everyday lives. They carefully covered holes in the ground to protect children, pets, and wild creatures from the ongoing work and used cameras and other electronics to assess the problem areas in a system that is now obsolete. They left the work area clean and neat, holes filled, dirt raked, septic system functioning. They promised to come back in a month to check the status of their work. Now to be sure that I do periodic maintenance going forward so there are no more emergency calls!! I sincerely appreciate this family-owned business, their knowledge and work ethic, and their kindness to me.
