Allbright was completely there for us when there were some manufacturing defects in a set of 9 Hunter-Douglas window shades. Some of these came back fixed but failed again very shortly thereafter. The staff at Allbright took care of everything: warranty paperwork, shipping, notifying us when the items had been returned repaired, etc. Barbie even recognized me and remembered my name when I brought back the faulty Hunter-Douglas shades for another warranty trip for repair. I didn't have to fill out any forms, even. She did all of that. We were so pleased with the rare (these days) level of customer service that we've had Allbright out for a nearly whole house (3,000 square foot) flooring replacement. Every one they have working there, from Fran and Barbie in the office to Mauro, Javier and the other measurers, estimators and installers, including Mickey, the owner, are spot on in their punctuality, reasonableness, pricing and above all, the quality of the service. Eric is just as good as the other reviews say. He installed several Hunter Douglas shades , most 8ft. wide or more. They not only look great but work so easily. My wife and I have been most impressed that long after the shades were installed and paid for, we had a user issue with the remote control. I placed a call to Eric and he came out the same day and very graciously reset the remote and showed me how to handle in the future. When we first met Eric he worked for Allbright. Now he owns it. Allbright hasn't installed my plantation shutters as they say they have several other jobs that they need to attend to - they estimate within 7 weeks when mine can be done . Updating my review from the last one. My mother finally got some Guys to come Out and finish her floor. She is mostly satisfied with the work they did to complete the job. I will admit that my mother was ill and not able to follow up when the work was done first time. So, things were delayed and then we had issues with getting someone back out to finish the job. When you do a floor, it should be sealed and when a liquid spills it shouldn't leave a stain. I'm glad it's over - I'm grateful they finished the job so we can move on. read more

I had Allbright extended my mohawk laminate flooring up the stairs case and throughout the second floor except for the bedrooms. Allbright's bid was the best quote, without sacrificing in quality. Great padding material for soundproofing on the second floor, and the finishing touch of the laminate floor as well the carpet seams were exceptional. The only thing that prevent from getting 5 stars was the company miscalculations in material needed for the job, and as a result delaying in finishing the project which was a real hassle for me. Nevertheless, the price and quality of work of Allbright flooring was exceptional and the installers were caring and proud of their work. I highly recommend Allbright flooring. read more

Joni has fantastic -- warm, patient, and extremely helpful. We had a broken Hunter Douglas shade, and Joni not only fixed it for us, but she also helped us reach out to the company and ask for warranty coverage. In the end, the repair cost us nothing, fully restored our blind to operation, and took just a few days. Joni also gave us some excellent suggestions about other shades that we might use elsewhere in the house. Overall, I am so glad that Hunter Douglas recommended Allbright, and that we happened to have Joni as the person who met as when we arrived and guided us through the process. Bryce and Chris, from allbright installed the floors ( excuse the dog he wouldn't move)- what you can't see from the picture is that these are two absolutely different floors installed at a different time. One room was left carpeted and when time came to change the carpet - Allbright leveled, matched flooring, matched pattern and so well - that the new floor is identical to the rest of the house. Skill level 100. Efficiency 100. Neatness 100. They ended cleaning everything up after so you couldn't even tell there was construction in the house just a few hours prior. Did I mention the carpeted room had 2" differences throughout so the leveling was a pain... I don't know how they did it. But 48 hours and I had my hardwood floors :) read more

They were great at first but degraded quickly so I went online and found allbright. They came out and measured for a quote and I was blown away at how affordable it was. He sent measurements that were different; resulting in differing gaps between window and shade. I had a great experience with the ladies at Allbright windows. I had French door blinds with slats that were cracked and chipped by our new puppy. When I called the company I originally purchased them from they said I'd have to totally replace them (only 8-10 slates were damaged). After calling Hunter Douglas their rep referred me to Allbright. They shipped the blinds into Hunter Douglas and did all the communications with them. I literally only had to give them my credit card number. I just got the blinds back and they look new. We had a wonderful experience from allbright!! First off, Eric's friendliness and professionalism was superb. He was committed to giving us the highest quality of customer care and product. We just moved into our new home and needed new blinds. Once we set up the type and color of blinds, Eric offered to install temporary blinds for our privacy and comfort while we wait for our original ones. That's was so awesome! They were only sticky paper blinds but it was better than nothing and at not extra cost either. About a week later Eric came back to set up our real blinds and did an awesome job. The quality of the product was great too! He even noticed something was not right with the length and looks of the balances ( the molding too part of the blinds) and he ordered new parts and came back to fix it.
