Then when I kept hounding him to give me this assurance he ended up sending me my drive back with someone else's data on it (after he initially sent my drive back with literally nothing on it). Completely lack of accountability and constantly makes excuses for his lack of integrity. Take this review for what you will but I'd just completely disregard having this company do data recovery.
