He refused to honor our verbal agreement- mind you I had already payed the fee for the job he had just performed. He was rude and beyond unprofessional. I contacted Daniel, the owner of Scurlock Systems, and he gave me great initial advice to minimize damage to my computer. I dropped of my computer to Daniel the following day. He was able to successfully remove the virus and fix my computer. The virus (doppler.generic) was new and required lots of research to skillfully remove. The next day, Daniel dropped off my virus free computer and it continues to work perfectly. He even called to follow up several days later to make sure the computer was still working properly!
