    Nitro Cold Brew

Genuinely one of the best coffee spots in the entire Strip! The smell alone of the coffee beans is worth going in for, but all their coffee options are so delicious! Definitely sample their different flavored cold brews, they're each so unique and tasty! Plus the staff is so friendly and gave great recommendations, even when it was super crowded and busy. The French Vanilla nitro cold brew was perfect, super smooth with the nitro frothiness on top, this place is a coffee enjoyers dream!

    Strawberry iced tea lemonade.

The strawberry iced tea lemonade was good but the prices were higher than the competitor right up the street for the loose leaf tea, the staff was all huddled together talking the whole time and when one finally asked if we needed help, I asked about a product they carry and he didn't really know about it so it made me feel less inclined to purchase it.

Long line but went by decently fast! I got the oatmeal latte and my friend got the Laura Palmer drink (I might be getting the name wrong but it was half strawberry lemonade and half tea). Both were delicious. Inside is spacious and filled with different coffee beans and coffee tools, but not a lot of indoor seating.

Pumpkin Pie Latte was amazing; all fresh ingredients and the coffee overall was just amazing. Small and cute coffee shop that offers the opportunity to buy coffee and tea supplies and accessories. Our server was very knowable and what their specialities are this time of year. Will be back!

Always a hit! They make a great latte and have all of the supplies I need to replicate it at home. The beans are roasted in house so it smells amazing in the shop! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

Woah, what a pleasant surprise. For one--holy smokes the line before they even opened their doors was a bit looooong. Always down to stick around for places that locals are waiting for. Coffee and tea galore! Epic retailer for all things tea and coffee, including all sorts of accessories. Walked in not realizing that my bank account was going to take a HIT. So worth it! Highly recommend trying a special coffee, nitro offering or even their tea infused tonics! Everything was amazing!

This is one of the best coffee shops I've ever been. They serve high-quality coffee. I loved the rich and strong flavor without the bitterness. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Service was pretty quick. Price is reasonable. It's a must try.

Remarkable selection and friendly/helpful staff. They have tea that is hard to find elsewhere, plus some wonderful accessories. I'm trying to wean myself off teabags and move to infusion, and this is the place to go for that. The store's layout is intuitive and it's easy to find what you are looking for. But beyond that, they can also educate you on new and fun products. Highly recommended.

The smell of flavored coffees in the air, the line of expectant coffee lovers, the joy of having so many choices of coffees, and they sell cups with candles. The aroma and experience is lovely especially on a Saturday morning with a bustling crowd going up and down Penn Avenue where there are so many fun stores to enjoy your coffee with. This place has so many types of coffee you will never be disappointed in the selection. They have an in store coffee roaster.

Glad I was able to stop by Allegheny Coffee! I ordered an iced latte with salted caramel and loved it! They have a wide variety of coffee and tea so if you're ever on the strip, stop on by!

My husband and I have walked by here hundreds of times but this past weekend was our first trip inside. We went to purchase some loose leaf tea for a birthday gift. I had the oatmeal latte which was a 10/10 and my husband had an espresso that he said was fantastic. This will become a regular stop on our strip district mornings. I also loved the whole look and vibe inside. It smelled amazing too.

    Nitro cold brew

Almost every time I'm in the Strip, I pick something from this place! They have 4-6 types of nitro cold brew on tap, my favorite one is the salted pretzel - all others are also foamy and creamy, but this one is just so special! AND, do you know there is also nitro tea?! I didn't realized that until last weekends, so I picked the blueberry/lemon/ginger nitro tea, it's very refreshing too but not as smooth as their nitro coffee, nice late day drink if you don't want to be overly caffeinated haha

It's like a candy shop but for coffee lovers ~ the variety makes it really fun. Things you should know: I. PARKING We parked on the street nearby. There's fair amount of availability at mid-morning but parking is packed by noon. II. SERVICE They have machines to allow you to grind your coffee beans here and scales so you can get the ratio you want. III. QUALITY Haven't had a chance to try the beans yet but I'll assume they're full of flavor IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of people coming and going

After walking around the neighborhood, this one had seating, so we went inside. First, I'll say the coffee we tried was pretty good - a cappuccino and a brown sugar cinnamon latte. The barista asked "for here or to go" and the drinks still came in a paper cup anyway despite us saying "for here". I really enjoy having a coffee in an actual glass/mug when I say "for here". The ambiance was a bit confusing... not really sure what they were going for in the space, things were a bit choppy and thrown together. Kinda felt like you were in someone's garage with cluttered items on rickety shelves behind the counter. Our barista was very nice, but an awkward moment occurred when they were ringing us up - barista asked for a tip but then told us not to put the tip on the credit card because the owner steals from them. We felt this was a little uncomfortable and gave some unwelcoming energy. We also tried a Nutella croissant, which was very good! I think this shop has a lot of potential with some changes to service and decor.

LOVED our dinner at this place…read more We came here for dinner while visiting Pittsburgh. The first thing that struck me was the interior decor. Very industrial and moody with an open kitchen/preparation area that adds some intrigue. I do like to see the happenings of what's going on as someone with zero attention span. Service was excellent. George was fantastic. He kept a close eye on us without being overbearing. He anticipated what we might need so we didn't spend one second waiting to order anything. The menu is not endless or overwhelming which, presumably, allows them to focus on the items that are listed. I have decision panic so it was kinda nice to have less things to choose from. They asked if there were any allergies or dietary restrictions so I mentioned my vegetarianism. George went through the menu and pointed out the vegetarian options including what seems like it is vegetarian but isn't. They had TWO vegetarian entree options and fortunately the non-mushroom one was something I probably would have ordered anyway: pesto with walnuts, arugula, and a very generous amount of grated cheese. To start, I ordered the Brussels sprouts whichc I was warned had fish sauce. This was fine but nothing that blew me away. GF, on the other hand, loved this. GF ordered the wedge which was brought to our attention as vegetarian with the bacon on the side, which was her request. We ended up sharing both, a large part of that was because hers came out first and I couldn't wait but I'm so glad because the wege was FANTASTIC. The dressing? holy fuck pure ecastasy. The wedge was more like a filet shape which was much easier to eat. Who decided on the wedge shape anyway? The lettuce was so fresh and crisp and went wonderfully with that orgasmic dressing and breadcrumbs. Back to my pasta. Also delectable. Noodles were al dente. The sauce was creamy and packed that pesto umami flavor. The walnuts were a really nice contrast in texture. Everything about it absolutely fucking slapped. GF ordered the mushroom entree which came served on a bed of barley which, don't mind if I do, had a few forkfuls to "sample" for "my review". Again, so fucking good. Because it was my birthday, George provided a dessert (yuzu maybe?) that was served inside a meringue-esque igloo, creamy perfect balance of sweet and tart custard with some berry business underneath. Wonderful. I almost forgot their spectacular cocktails! Holy shit, literally they have a CORN CHIP cocktail that I could not pass up. It comes with two massive cornchips on top of a flavored foam. When you bring the glass up to sip, the cornchips are right in front of your nose and their aroma sets the stage for the drink which was STRONG. It wasn't as corn chip forward as I expected but I understand that flavor is probaly hard to create. For my second drink, I ordered the blue one which was refreshing, light, and really good. GF ordered a spritz which was gorgeous "it was good". For second round, I picked out some uranium thing that was very cucumbery, GF says, "it was good". I just read it outloud to her. "it's true!" Fantastic meal at a great place.
