    Where do I begin with this review? My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and it truly is because of Allegro Event Planners. This team is comprised of individuals who are all so professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. We were extremely stressed with the thought of having a wedding, and we honestly had no idea where to start. We are so grateful that we found Allegro through Yelp! I reached out by sending a message through the website, and Jeannie contacted me right away. During our first conversation, I immediately felt more at ease. Jeannie then connected me with Jaycie. Both Jaycie and Jeannie listened to our needs and preferences carefully, and made suggestions accordingly. We started working with Allegro in February 2024, and had our wedding in August 2024. During the latter 3 months of wedding planning, I was in contact with Jaycie pretty much every day. No matter how many how many texts I sent, Jaycie always responded in a timely manner and consistently remained patient. Every time I felt anxious about the wedding, Jaycie knew how to help calm my nerves, simply by showing her expertise in her profession and working closely with our vendors. Come time for the wedding day, Jeannie kept our guests entertained by serving as the MC for the reception and helping us with the tea ceremony. Jaycie and Kiana ensured that everything ran smoothly. In additional to all of this, none of our belongings got lost at the end of the night. All of our guests were impressed with how spectacular our wedding was and we truly owe it all to Jeannie and Jaycie and the rest of their team. From the bottoms of our hearts, thank you Jeannie and Jaycie, for helping us transition to the next stage of our lives. Allegro Event Planners are definitely my party planners for life. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to bring their vision of a party to life.

    This review is way overdue. I had the pleasure to work with Jeannie and Jaycie at Allegro Event for my destination wedding several months ago. Jeannie and Jaycie are professional, attentive and responsive to all requests/questions. My good friend referred their services to me and they exceeded my expectation. As you know, planning a wedding requires a lot of time and effort. I'm so glad that I had the Allegro team's support throughout the process. A few things that stood out during the wedding planning process: 1. They are always a text/call away to answer any questions/concerns you may have. Their customer service is top-notch. 2. Almost half of our guests flew from oversea, and I procrastinated in planning the transportation for the wedding. The team was able to find budget-friendly solution 2 weeks prior to our wedding to meet our needs. 3. Jeannie worked closely with the floral team to bring my vision to reality. 4. Not only I enjoyed working with them, but all my friends, family and my *DOGS* LOVED everyone on the team. Our guests came to me to give amazing compliment to their services. If you are looking for a team to bring your dream wedding to reality, Allegro Event is perfect for you. Thank you Allegro Event for being a part of our special day.     I'd like to express my deep gratitude to Jeannie and Jaycie for being our wedding planners, they did an excellent job. On top of being efficient & professional, they were super kind which is a quality that is hard to find. Thank you both for putting so much effort and enthusiasm into this whole event, giving us options for vendors and contacting them. What a great Mariachi band we got at the end! Allegro is an excellent option and I highly recommend their work.

    We had the pleasure of working with Jeannie of Allegro Event as our Tri-lingual MC for our wedding reception. When we were planning for our reception, we wanted to find an MC who had experience and was able to speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, so that all of our family and friends would be able to understand the ongoings of our wedding event and feel included and welcomed at our wedding. Jeannie was the perfect MC for this. Not only was she able to explain everything clearly and concisely to our guests, she also helped hype up the mood and encourage audience participation. She was warm and confident on the mic, and was also comfortable switching up and adjusting sudden changes with our order of events to accommodate for what's going on. With how many things go not according-to-planned at weddings, we're so grateful to have had her at our wedding, because it probably would've been a big mess without her! Many of our friends and family kept praising her voice and professionalism and her MC-ing skills after our reception. They loved that she was able to summarize the many toasts in a second language, so everyone understood what was being said by the speech makers. We also want to mention that pre-wedding, during the planning and booking process, we were very impressed with her insights and her expertise. It helped us with our planning and our timeline adjustments so that our event went smoothly. She also brought onboard the DJ for our reception and coordinated with him smoothly. All in all, I highly recommend her services at any capacity if you're having a wedding. You can rest assured and feel confident in her work!

    Jeannie was our wedding planner and MC for our wedding. She has so much experience with event/wedding planning, so she had a lot of good recommendations for venues and vendors. Jeannie made the wedding planning process so smooth and easy that I did not stress at all as a bride, even with a shorter engagement period of 8 months. She helped us find the perfect vendors for our photographer, DJ, and florals. Jeannie also did a fantastic job at being our MC, hyping up the crowd and making it a fun time for everyone. Throughout the wedding planning process, Jeannie was quick to respond and always had things done in a timely manner. She took care of all the logistical matters, but also kept me in the loop. About a month before the wedding, she set up a meeting with me and my fiance to go over the wedding day, outlining every hour of the day. The outline was was very helpful to show to our wedding party and family for everyone to be on the same page. On the day of the wedding, Jeannie had two assistants with her that helped carry out the whole wedding. One assistant kept by my side for a majority of the time, which was a huge help to keep me on time and fix any wardrobe issues. Not only was Jeannie our MC, but she also manned the boba bar, which also a great addition to our wedding. Overall, I am so thankful for Jeannie and all the planning she did for our beautiful wedding. 10/10 would recommend Jeannie as their wedding planner to anyone that wants to have an amazing wedding without any stress or worry!

    We had our wedding on 1/28/24 and Allegro Event helped us every step of the way. Jaycie and her team were wonderful, from the coordination to helping us set up the decor, any ideas that we had in mind we would let her know and she delivered. If we had a question or if we wanted to change something, we would text or call Jaycie and she responded right away. Would recommend Allegro Event, they made our wedding day smooth and everyone enjoyed it.

    Jeannie was amazing to work with. She was originally hired as a bilingual officiant for our wedding. She went the extra mile and helped coordinate the DJ, musicians, boba, and also MC'd our wedding. Planning a wedding can be challenging, but she helped us overcome every hurdle. Many of our guests complimented Jeannie, who was our officiant and MC. She was entertaining and funny and did a wonderful job moving the event along. She is very responsible and clearly takes pride in her work. We had our dream wedding thanks to Allegro Events. Thank you!

    I was simple amazed by the professional service they delivered to me yesterday as a birthday surprise! Yes, it was yesterday when everyone had to be home! My husband would love to surprise me on my birthday but everywhere is closed. He then contacted Allegro if there was anything he could do! In the afternoon, someone rang the door bell and left. When I opened the door, I saw these beautiful balloons bouquet with MY NAME and my favorite character Hello Kitty ON THE BALLOONS and also some goodies! I was filled with so much love! I can see that they planned it with care and love! I would definitely refer Allegro if you need any services! Simple the best ever!

Whenever we thought of something that we thought was complicated, she would immediately have a solution that she could execute seamlessly. For things we didn't have much of an opinion on, Candice always knew what was best given our preferences, but always presented us with options just in case we wanted to go a different way. She kept us on track throughout the process, and when things got stressful for us closer to the date, she stepped in and took a lot off of our plate. Everything at the wedding went extremely smoothly. We had no stress, everything was taken care of. We were able to enjoy our wedding completely carefree. I usually keep a to do list of everything that needs to get done in life to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, even if its not something that I need to do. I tend to keep that list even when I'm fairly confident the other person will complete that task. With Candice, I felt comfortable not keeping that list, and just trusting she would take care of everything, which she did. But just the fact that I was able to get comfortable enough with Candice easy on to not keep that list was such a huge relief. Normally when I go to a wedding, I can identify the planner, but I tend to not have a strong opinion about the planner. Many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran with Candice and her team. She made a uniquely positive impression on our guests.

Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

Shasele was our point of contact, and she was kind, thorough, and patient with us as we worked through all of our requirements and asked her a million different questions about the process. She also made sure to provide regular checklists of items to make sure we stayed on track, while also not putting too much pressure on us! Claire handled putting together a gorgeous design brief based on inspiration photos we gathered, which definitely helped as we went through the process of selecting and working with vendors--all of whom were also incredible! An important thing I also want to mention is that I had a sudden health issue flare up partway through our venue search, which set things back by a year. The team was incredibly understanding and checked in periodically while offering well wishes until I was ready to return to planning, and I deeply appreciate how patient they all were during such a difficult time. Overall we couldn't not have asked for a better planning team to work with, and we're so incredibly grateful to Mad Love Events for making our special day so perfect!

MLE was involved as our Day of Coordinator and planning activities 6 weeks leading up to the big day. Cindy's experience, consideration, professionalism, and honesty (this is a huge one) made what could have been a very stressful day into a stress-free day, or least as stress free as a wedding day can get it, haha. As the days approached the big day, we were already pretty happy with MLE, but once the big day came, they completely kicked it up into high gear. They were so seamless in working in the background to make everything come together with the vendors, timing, handling of guests, etc. We had a delay due to the florist, but they handled it so well that the guests couldn't tell, only we could, and even when we tried to get involved, MLE assured us that it was taken care of, and not to worry. They even went above and beyond in moving some flowers to be better positioned around our mirror guest list, which elevated how the florist had originally planned for. They were very considerate and thoughtful for us by making sure appetizers were set aside for us while we were taking pictures, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a big bowl of our seafood items sitting at our couples table, since we definitely didn't get a chance to get to it. Throughout the night, they made a point to bring us drinks, dessert, help with a small crisis on my mom's side. I really couldn't have imagined having a better coordinator the day of, I wish I had another big event to plan, because I would absolutely go back to them for their services. AND the amazing service doesn't even stop at the wedding day! Their follow up emails to reflect back on what went wrong or what went well shows how much they care about their work. They were very meticulous in addressing any concerns we had that happened on the big day and most importantly, they were honest. They were truthful about the reasons why some things didn't go as planned, and that to us is the most important trait in a coordinator that you can trust them. In the end, they were instrumental in even getting us partial refunds from vendors because of them not holding completely true to their agreements. If you've read this to its end, you don't need to look elsewhere, hire Cindy and her team now! You won't regret it!

At one point we tried to design our own wedding invitations and quickly realized we were in over our heads. Candace asked if we were on schedule to send them out and when we told her we weren't... she offered to help. We ended up hiring her to do the invitations too and they turned out beautifully. And Katherine if you see this sorry for glitter bombing you with our wedding invitations. On the wedding day itself everything was hectic, as you'd expect. But Candace and her team handled everything and kept the day running smoothly. One small gesture that really stood out was when her team brought my wife and me snacks during cocktail hour since we hadn't had a chance to eat all day. That level of care meant a lot to us. I actually reached out to Candace again recently to recreate my wife's wedding bouquet for our 10 year anniversary, which reminded me that I never wrote a review. Even after all these years she was just as helpful and thoughtful as before. Candace and her team truly care about their couples, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner or event planner. To add some context, we are bad at planning which is why we needed a planner in the first place. By the time we were looking for a planner, we had less than a year to get everything together. We needed someone to stay on top of us because we both tend to procrastinate on these type of things. Dee was one of the few planners that immediately followed up, and repeatedly followed up. She was also one of the only planners that, during the initial consultation, really started talking about numbers, and the thing that initially sold me was when she raised the fact that our wedding was close to Mother's Day, and how we need to reserve the flowers ASAP so we didn't gouged on the florals. As far as pricing, she wasn't the cheapest, but in comparison to some other planners I inter , I found her rates to be reasonable. While I'm sure most planners have relationships with vendors, I felt she always kept my budget in mind and chose the best value vendor for my budget while still maintaining the quality and high-end feel my wife wanted. As I hoped, she stayed on top of us and made sure we did what we needed to do. She was responsive and attentive, and walked and/or dragged us through every part of the exhaustive process that is planning a wedding. On the day of the wedding, we were incredibly pleased by the end result. Her and her team were there at the crack of dawn and hours after the wedding ended. We had a beautiful ceremony and reception, and I know it would literally have been impossible for us without her. Can't say enough good things. Also, as a little bonus, there were issues with the venue during the wedding (not her fault), and even after the wedding she's been helping me to navigate that process to help make me whole.
