I had to schedule an online appointment because they weren't answering the phone. I wanted a regular visit with cleaning but the only option their website would give me was deep cleaning. I went there, first the front lady had me sign all the paperwork and I asked her to check if my insurance cover the regular visit, she said yes she already checked and it is covered %100. She was in the middle of doing Xray when the other front lady said she couldn't find my insurance info and it would be out of pocket!! So how in the world the other one told me she already checked and it is covered!! Finally they found it and figured it out but this is not the end of it! She had me sit down and put this sharp tool inside my gum and I go ouch! She goes oh yeah you definitely need a deep cleaning! Because your gum is so sensitive and we have to numb it to do deep cleaning and your insurance doesn't cover it or might cover half!! Wait what?!! Yeah! That's right they were absolutely not going to do a regular cleaning because I chose deep cleaning the only option available on their website for my appointment and they needed an excuse so they can make more money!! Ridiculous. And she had the audacity to tell me to go back to my old dentist which is in different state, if I want to do only the regular cleaning! She was very unprofessional and when she was putting the tool in my mouth to do the Xray, it was not covered all the way in plastic. I have been to many dental offices and never ever had issues like this. FYI that was not even the doctor, it was the assistant so I never even got the actual doctor to do the examination because she was gone! This is how they are trying to get people! And now I have to go to different dentist and pay extra for X-ray because they're gonna bill my insurance and I only have two visits per year. Wasting my time and money. One again stay away from this place! UPDATE *** Just went to a different dentist. Deep cleaning is for people with gum disease which I don't have! Just did my normal cleaning. My teeth and gum were perfectly normal! It's ridiculous how they try to get you do something that you don't need to make more money!

Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Like I said, I've never felt more excited about flossing and brushing. I took advantage of a new patient promotion for the office and am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service. From what I could tell, this dental office is more interested in giving patients what they actually need and does not try to sell products or procedures that are not necessary. It sounds like they offer a membership for self-pay patients as well that would offest the cost for those who are underinsured as well. Happy with the discovery of this dentist.
