This is the company as a whole and not just this location. For the most part the staff here have been great. As a customer for over 5 years, trust me, it's only because there was no way out of the system without a large loss of investment. While promos seem like a great deal and cheaper than others, it's because of hidden in fine print that literally "expire" services you've paid for or provided ZERO recourse if you aren't happy with results. No ethical business would have these kinds of policies. (Emailing customer service is not going to change the terms of the contracts or programs you provide. I'm already aware you can buy more to "unlock" your expired units. I still am not sure how it's legal that you can expire something that was paid for... other than the aforementioned contract. Ideal Image continues to be a scam! Don't waste your time or money. If I could give them negative stars I would. I had attempted to go to Ideal Image around December 2020. I wanted to sign up for coolsculpting services. Not only did I have to go through a second party for funding, (AND THEY NEVER GAVE THE OPTION TO PAY FUNDS DIRECTLY) they were going to start charging me for services when I hadn't even scheduled an appointment. Then when I called Ideal Image, they insisted on having a credit card for the initial phone call to make an appointment. At that point, they said Ideal Image couldn't schedule me for an appointment, until February 2021, but were going to start charging me a month from then, l wanted to cancel immediately. I additionally discussed the coolsculpting procedure on my legs with my PCP and found that genetic lymphedema, and Lipedema, is unaffected by Coolsculpting, which I was promised by Ideal Image that they could treat. After Ideal Image agreed that I was ineligible for those services, they tried to pull a bait and switch, attempting to schedule me for additional procedures I did not want or need. Cancelling with the second party lending company, took a 25 day process for a claim. Ideal Image then claimed I still owed Ideal Image for services even after canceling the funding through the second party services. The leadership initially resolved the issue with me and removed the debt for services I never received. June 2025, I saw a deal for Botox and fillers on your website that was enticing. I have had both Botox and Fillers previously with other medical offices with no issues. Last injections and fillers I had were approximately a year ago. The sales person for Ideal Image, knew my medical history, the Botox consultant that processed my injections, knew my medical history, and said my allergy to Augmentin was not a problem. So, I scheduled the fillers appointment. A waste of my time. After showing up to my fillers appointment, at the Tukwila office, the ARNP told me I was not eligible for fillers because I have an allergy to Augmentin. Ideal Image gave me Botox... just two weeks prior, another type of injection but refused to provide the fillers I was informed that I was eligible for by sales and the Botox injection personnel. Being allergic to Augmentin (which is a penicillin-based antibiotic) does not automatically make you ineligible for lip fillers. I have had lip fillers and Botox before and have never had any issues. Then the ARNP at the Tukwila office, attempted to state they could put the money towards another procedure that I didn't want or need. Infuriating! Shame on this company. I gave Ideal Image a second chance. I am demanding to have the chemical peel and fillers funds, that were financed returned to the 2nd party lending company immediately. read more

Ok so I'm very disappointed. After spending almost $5000 for treatment for my daughter the hair is thicker and appears to be worse. Ideal image boast about their lifetime warranty which was a deciding factor for us but It wasn't until much later that it was an additional $120 each time after the 9th visit. So it's discounted but not included as it was presented. I feel that the staff misrepresented the service that would be provided and the results that we would receive. Very unhappy! Two stars because when I finally got my service the injector did a suitable job. I went in for a service that I already paid for. After my consult the injector asked what I'd like to purchase. I was confused because I already prepaid for the service. The injector said no; she couldn't see I had paid. I insisted and could prove with receipts that I paid. She gets the office involved they say no, there is no record of it. I have to argue with them, wait an hour and a half for the issue to be resolved. Which it was after like I said, I waited an hour and a half. Totally and completely unprofessional. I was on a tight schedule already, with babysitter for my children that I was late for. This was embarrassing and frustrating. Meanwhile like I said I have the receipts to prove I paid for the service which none of the staff looked at or considered. I was dismissed and insulted. However, since then, they've changed their operating days, hours, and scheduling policy which is now so rigid for me to schedule my appointments. If I have something come up, I can't just cancel and reschedule, it turns into this whole ordeal. I called customer service to explain my issue and they said they'd take it under consideration and let the local office know. I asked for some monetary compensation and was told no. Like at least give me a 20% discount for the inconvenience you've caused by removing the benefits that you used to sell me this contract. my life and my confidence has changed drastically. my life will never be the same. I went to their business to do a BBL treatment on my face to remove some spots that I had really small spots on my cheek area. The clinical lady said it's gonna get darker before it gets clear and she continue to do treatments. Can I put my full trust in this company!! Once I got the treatment done I had informed them that my spots were getting darker and more of them were coming out. to make a long story short, they didn't really know what they were doing. They have destroyed my face, and as a result, my sunspots were melasma. After seeing several dermatologist and specialist, they told me that Ideal Image should've of not done this until I would consult a dermatologist. I have spends over 3,000 in chemical peels and other treatments, and I have not been able to get rid of what's on my face. They did not care. Ithey didn't even refund me my BBL money back and all they did was give me two free facials. thinking that I would ok with it. even one of the girls at the Tukwila Office after I came in afterwards to do Botox, she's like oh wow your face look different from the last time that we have seen you I'm sorry this happened!!!! like really . They were flexible with scheduling appointments and accommodated my schedule since I travel for work. Your treatment varied based on staff. Some staff was really kind and checked in with you for breaks and others would ignore your request. I still had hair after my last treatment but only had 70-80% of the hair. The treatment most of the time only took 10 to 15 minutes. The heat temperature raises every treatment and towards the end you can smell burning as the laser zaps your skin. I would agree with the other post regarding how they always have a promotion going on. They want you to sign the contract and start the treatment. I would really take your time. I started my treatment with them because of Brooke and Jubal. I do believe that the nurses are paid based on every treatment. I will not be getting another treatment from them because it did not work. I have dark Indian hair and dark hair usually need extreme treatment. For the lifetime warranty, I would have to pay $50 additional for every treatment or touch up. I paid a lot for this to not get the results I was looking for. read more

My sister and I signed up for their face, neck, and underarms package and paid a down payment of around $400, $250 "lifetime warranty" including hundreds of dollars in monthly payments only to be scammed, ghosted, and led astray. I went to every session regularly, followed every instruction, and was a respectful compliant customer. I expressed my concern of seeing no improvement over the course of SEVEN TREATMENTS to the nurses only to be told that I have "many sessions left" and shouldn't worry as I will "see results soon." Their Granville location shutdown on May 4th, 2023 yet they STILL CHARGED ME a monthly fee of $145.95 on May 6th, 2023. That's not even the worst part. Not only have I been robbed and had zero improvement in my laser hair removal, I now grow thick coarse stubborn hair in areas I have never ever struggled with before. My sister is in the same boat. This is beyond disappointing and is criminal. I have had my money stripped of me and my quality of life and confidence extremely affected by this situation. I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I just wanted Botox and fillers. The high pressure saleswoman convinced me that the body contouring is able to freeze fat away forever. I bought the package. My first contouring was a horrible experience. I had extreme pain and requested a refund. That was before COVID. You have to pay up front before service. They email and shut down for a few months. But assured us we would get an email when they opened again. They had been open a month after I called to at least use my Botox. 3 stars for the person who set up my laser hair removal contract. After no contact and then multiple emails and calls did I learn she had quit the company without passing my info on to another person for follow up. I did have help from another admin but too late in the game for me to make some adjustments to my contract (switch up hair removal areas; not even changing the number of areas I chose). I feel there should be more leeway given that I had zero control over the incompetency of an employee yet am still stuck with the terms of a contract. 5 stars because my providers have been great! Kathleen and Jennifer helped talk and distract me through the most painful parts of the hair removal process and were every bit professional and conscientious. My experience with Ideal Image has been great so far. During my consultation I received an amazing holiday discount on a full body package and got another area included for no charge in addition to one free session. I liked the streamlined process of getting set up. I spoke to someone and then had a Zoom meeting and after that a nurse called to put in my prescription for numbing. This was super professional and efficient. My main concern was getting scheduled before I go on vacation in January and they were able to fit me in beforehand, just in two different locations which was perfect for me. I love how there are so many locations that you can have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice. This is so much more convenient than where I used to go where I was SOL if I needed schedule adjustments. I had my first treatment and the receptionist was sweet and my nurse was awesome! We actually had a lot in common and I felt like I was talking to a friend. My nurse was very informative and made sure everything was good before, during, and after. I didn't have to wait and was done in about 15 mins. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because of the app which is more so their app developer's issue. I wasn't able to submit my medical form on my devices or the tablet at the location. I also have trouble loading the app and have to go to settings to resolve each time. The woman I worked with seemed very knowledgeable and honest. Then I got word that my daughter was going to need surgery this year, and our insurance covers 70-80%. We have to pay the rest and I quickly realized that I can't afford a $350 monthly bill right now. So, I called ideal image to explain my circumstance and hoped I could backtrack the contract. She told me that it wouldn't be a problem, but it'll have to be through my sales lady or her manager, and they could handle it for me. THANK GOD. No problem. I can't seem to reach my sales lady by phone, so I text. She gets back to me and says she's trying to call to resolve my issue, but I sure don't see any missed calls on my end. A few days later, a voicemail pops up but I swear my phone didn't ring... A month goes by. She hasn't responded to my last several texts. So today (6/10) I call customer service again. After holding for about 20 min, a nice woman answers. I explain that I'm trying to back out of this contract, and have been told it shouldn't be a problem SINCE NO SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED AND THE LOCAL IDEAL IMAGE LOCATION HASN'T EVEN OPENED YET FROM COVID, and she tells me that unfortunately there are no refunds unless I'm medically unable to receive what I purchased. I asked to talk to a manager, and she said that I could. And then she HUNG UP. I've gotten no services. I can't afford this right now because of things out of my control. AND THEY DON'T CARE. UPDATE 6/17/2020 Ideal Image tried to get me to purchase another package (uh NO), and when I was unwilling, she told me to extend my payments out by 4 months in hopes that "something else might come up to help out my situation during that 4 months time." She even said that she wasn't surprised that the sales chick wasn't calling me back because she can't reverse the sale anyway. She sounded shocked and told me to call if I changed my mind. I reached out to HCS (the company that holds the loan) to see if there was an update to my dispute. The woman who was assigned my case said that during all this time reaching out to ideal image to get this resolved on my behalf (since HCS had NO PROBLEM with me cancelling since no services were rendered), Ideal Image finally got back to them to let them know that, indeed, no services were rendered. Well, yeah. Duh. A couple of weeks pass, and 2 days ago I FINALLY hear back from HCS and they said that Ideal Image has released the funds and my account is settled and closed. Please STOP and read this review. First, I usually only write positive reviews. Second, if you are considering COOL Sculpting, please read. I am shocked it is FDA approved having gone through it. I have a very high pain tolerance, however, make no bones about it this is very painful. not so much the day of, but the weeks following. They say results vary by individual, however, not after I experienced it and talked about it. You are not numb for a day or two .... no .... try four plus weeks and it is PAINFUL. I am still not right and went to a physician the other day. He said I was not the first and see my reference above about being FDA approved. They tell you someone ran a 10K the next day; that is simply false advertising .... no way. While I don't have a baseline to compare against the treatment itself, I am not sure if it was Ideal Image Southcenter or Cool sculpting itself. So I cannot say if the procedure was the issue or if the issue is cool sculpting. Third, get ready for a pressure sale very similar to a timeshare when you walk into Ideal Image South Center. I own my own business. I do not try and collect 100% up front payment for a service that will be delivered 30-45 days later when their first appointment is reportedly available. REALLY, nice terms if you can get them. You can put 50% down, if you ask, but even that is outrageous versus other locations if you do your homework. Finally, I signed up for two areas. My second area I booked about 45 days after the first. After such a horrible experience I called to cancel the second area. Yep, you guessed it .... no refund. A credit towards other services. Well I really don't need or want any other service. In my business if a customer is not satisfied, we comp. their next visit or provide a refund. NOT at Ideal Image South Center. Customer satisfaction is not important to this franchisee or apparently Ideal Image if they are letting them operate this way. This franchisee should be ashamed and Ideal Image needs to find out about the treatment of customers at this location. I'm not sure why some of these negative reviews about pricing and treatment are really necessary. These treatments don't work for everyone and they were very clear about that to me since my consultation day one. It depends on a bunch of different factors but anyways moving on. I've been getting treated at this location for a little over two years now. I've had a so so experience one time when my regular girl Alyssa went on leave but other then that I've had nothing but amazing, comfortable service and amazing results. Yes they are more expensive then other people by like double but for me it's worth it. Alyssa has always made me feel extremely comfortable and never once have a had a problem with scheduling or rescheduling because of my crazy work schedule and I have had 3 different areas done. Just make sure to do your research and ask a bunch of questions before signing the paperwork do you know what you are signing up for. read more

My experience with this place so far has been horrible. I wish I could get my money back and be done with the place. I don't have any issues with the providers, they are professionals and do their jobs well. The issue is with scheduling. I don't understand why they took me as a new client if they don't have appointments available. I started this process in September. Paid a lot of money for a laser removal package and didn't even get scheduled to start until November. Since then two of my appointments got cancelled which is understandable with COVID, but one of them I wasn't even contacted about it so I nearly headed over there after finding childcare for my 3 year old before I thought to check a few hours before the appointment since I hadn't received their usual confirmation text. Turns out they cancelled the appointment without even telling me. They also have forgotten to include certain areas I was supposed to have laser on in the appointments I have managed to get scheduled so now I have three areas on my body that have only been treated once since November. You can imagine how awkward that this! If you are planning on getting laser removal here they tell you you pay for 16 months program and it's your responsibility to get all your treatments every 8 weeks within those sixteen months but what they don't tell you is that doing your part doesn't matter because they don't have appointments for you in the first place! Also if they mess up and don't include all the areas they don't try to fix the issue. When they cancel your appointment they will tell you we will put you on a waitlist if someone else cancels, but then when you call them within three seconds ( which is what happened to me today) then somehow someone else has gotten the appointment and it's not available anymore. When you complain about this stuff to the providers or schedulers they'll tell you you need to be flexible and maybe go to another location. I have been to other locations but they don't have any appointments available either. Ideal image, stop taking new customers if you don't have space for your existing customers!! I totally understand on some of the negative reviews. The procedure I chose was laser hair removal, now I had for years developed really bad cysts and shaving for me was definitely not the answer. They were very painful and at times I had to visit my medical provider a few times to cut them and drain them.( Apologized if it sounded gross..) Anyhow I visited the Tukwila center and she told me how it would help me in the long run. Well two years, I have not had any cysts since the procedure. I am very grateful. Now moving forward I still had 3 treatments left, I did not now that it expires after sometime. (I guess I forgot to read that little tidbit) but when I called they honored my last 3 remaining visits due to COVID, Again very grateful. Oh if your are older, you will have remaining follicles, it is true, but its really not that bad for me, so I can groom it.. :) I have decided that I will got with the cool sculpting procedure. I have limited exercise ability due to a medical condition. So that's why I chose this, plus getting the approval of my husband, meant a lot too. I am excited but I am again optimistic as well, well it work "yea maybe" if it does not then it was not meant to be and I will have to find other ways to loose the stubbornness, oh by the way I do eat healthy, like I said exercise it limited. So got 60 yes I said 60 units of Botox almost 3 weeks ago and can't even tell!! After speaking to numerous people telling me no if they did right you would only need 30 units at most. So guess I wasted a bunch of money for absolutely nothing!! Oh and excuse me I bought 60 and they used 56 units!
