I travel 45 min to shop…read morehere and about two miles from the store entrance my low tire pressure warning light came on. By the time I parked my tire was flat. They were completely booked for the day but Rob, Nic and Larry said they would take a look at it. In less than an hour they had put on my spare and I was ready to roll. They charged me ZERO even though I had not purchased the original tire from them. Also refused a tip. I know this job was aggravating because they had to remove my many coolers to get to the spare tire but they told me "Don't worry about it." So, I made sure to share my good experience with the store mgr and told him I would post review here. This senior gal is so grateful these guys squeezed me into their busy day. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this Costco in the 13 yrs I've shopped there. The staff (in store, gas attendants and tire center) are always friendly and helpful despite the crowds that frequent this store.
