About seven months ago I returned to Alan tire like I have for the last 20 years. Ive seen ownership chang hands, but always great service until my last visit. I was told by the clerk that one of my shocks needed to be replaced, he showed me a blurry picture of it, I couldn't see any detail. So The other day I took my car to be serviced for oil and such. They sent me a clear video of my shocks...they are in great shape. Shame on you Alan tire, aren't we paying enough for fuel and annual tax for our vehicles without you falsifing repair needs? Allen Tire Co has a new manager Steven Santos, and he is doing a great job. Had my wife's Chrysler 200 2014 vintage completely serviced with all new rubber under the hood. Steven spent 2 days tracking down the formed hoses for the car. The service and repair were done to my high standards everything clean and neat upon completion. read more

The guy also offered to check my tires for any possible nails since one of my tires was very low and I'm glad he did because I was only going to get air in my tire. This is a crazy way to start a review... But, I LOVE the smell of tire garages and car repair garages! I just do. So, I had to go to one of those tire places just today. Great smells! Anyway... Our car has a light on it, that warns you when the air is low in your tires. That air pressure fluctuates from winter to summer, summer to winter. The light had been on around town a bit but I put it off. I just didn't want to stop. I had to go to a bank in Hemit. I knew I needed to have that air checked but didn't. While driving that little light flashed a bit and I kind of freaked out. As luck would have it, Allen Tire Company was right across the street from the bank! Yay! Assistant manager, Angel Touar (hope I got that spelling right) came to the counter with a smile. "Pull up right by that yellow chain and I'll check it out." he assured me. He checked what the tire pressure needed to be and filled my tires with air. Angel then pointed out some cracking in the tires. "While the tires have good tread, the tires are 6 years old. Thats's why you have all this cracking." shared Angel. "Even though the tread is fine, you should probably consider new tires soon." I was thankful for the info. "What do I owe you?" I said. "Nothing," was his reply. "Can I get your card then? I want to do a Yelp review, as you have been so kind." Angel gave me a business card and off I went. Thank you, Angel! read more

Scammers ‼‼‼I went to Allen's tire on November 3 for a simple oil change and the 3 scammers inside all best friends took a look at my car and said I needed a new oil pan and gasket along with the plug and oil filter and could do it for $783.31 I have the invoice right here and came another time before that and tried to charge me all extra but the point I'm trying to say is the too me i needed more the a oil change and with labor they would have me running in no time and if I wanted to pay cash or card so I said no and left all stressed out for days because of the price but I took it back to Walmart and they said nothing was wrong and did the simple oil change for $54 and not $783 so all you old people that I see go be careful it's time for new auto shop their telling you so they scam you so be aware please all 3 gentleman just huddle up like kids and try and squeeze unnecessary money out of you be aware here's the invoice if you don't belive me but this is for all you ppl that go to a mechanic and get stressed out and paying for no reason read more

Went in for new tires. Turned out I only needed two new tires. Then I wanted a wheel alignment. The mechanic came in and said it only needed "one click" and they didn't charge me for it, which was much appreciated. I'll definitely head to them when I do finally need the other two tires. read more

I went to three different "reputable" places to look at my tires. I had a slow leak in one. These places all lied to me and told me that my tires needed to be replaced because they have "only 6,000 to 10,000 miles left" on them. One place even had my car in the back for over an hour claiming to do an "extensive" review of my tire and found no issue. Fast forward to Allen Tire of Hemet- I drove out from another state and still had the slow leak. They took my car in the back and within 5 minutes found a small nail the other places missed. They were able to repair it in a timely manner and get me back on the the road safely. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I Ed in and provided a very comfortable environment to wait in while they fixed my tire. I can't recommend them enough! Don't go anywhere else! I took my flat tire to Allen Tire Company on the recommendation of Brian from Phil's Auto Clinic to get my tire fixed. It was late in the afternoon and the employees were busy but still had time to to take my tire in for repair. The did say that it would be ready before closing and it was. They did not charge me anything for fixing the flat which was such a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend them for your automotive needs as their customer service is superlative. read more

I had an alignment done at this shop, after it was recommended to me by Jimmy D's Car Care Center. I found the service to be very good. The shop was clean and not crowded, even though it was Saturday. They got my truck right in and charged me $99 for the alignment (no up-sell was attempted at all). My truck is a long bed dually and this was one of the only shops in town that could do the alignment. I sat in the waiting room and watched the staff interact with customers. They were very profesdional and I did not see any "tire shop sales pressure" or other bs like at most tire shops. I had bought my 4 new tires at Costco that morning and then drove to Allen for the aignment. On a lark, I had the sales person, Claudia, check Allen's tire price for me, which I thought would be much higher than Costco. To my surprise, the tires came to $1018 out-the-door and Costco was $1054. Damn! I should have just gotten my tires at Allen, saved $32, and saved a drive to Moreno Valley... read more

I had the 700 dollar brake done at this shop. However, afterwards I noticed that my wheel was out of alignment. I took my car to another shop. The tie roads were loose and had to tighten them for $40. I went back to the Allen Tire shop in Hemet, where I had the brake job done. The manager laughed at me. I had bought some tires from tirecrawler and you save shipping cost if they are shipped and installed by Allen Tire. My car is a 2002 corvette and I had purchased new wheels separately. I made an appointment through their website to purchase and have new tires installed on my SUV and I received a conformation for the appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I was told they had no record of it and didn't have a single tire in stock to fit my car. I was told they could order a different brand of tires than I originally wanted and I could come back the next day for installation.
