Not the best location. Feel like they half ass the work. Last time they forgot to put all my bolts back on one of my tires. Didn't realize it until two days later before a road trip. Luckily nothing worse happened while driving. Called them right away and came back in to make it right, they fixed it and gave me a new bolt but no sorry or nothing, the guy didn't even have any sympathy for their mistakes. Today they didn't even want to honor the oil change special advertised online but I just paid anyways since I had to get the work done. ZERO STARS!!!!! I went in because my tire was flat on a Monday but had been holding air after that. They took tire off then after a few minutes called me over to tell me the tire had a slice in the side wall and they couldn't fix it. I asked if it had bubbles whey put it in the water(which I was standing g right next to) they said yes, slow bubbles, but didn't show me even though the tire was still in the water. They said the only tire they had in that size was BF Goodrich for $300. I told them no and left. I went to another place around the corner and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I was at your Hemet store today to get tires and brakes and the service was good, however in the 55 years I have been driving, I have NEVER seen a store that was as filthy and unwelcoming as this place. To start, supplies for customers were non-existent. Coffee machine with no coffee, soda machine sold out, no paper towels in bathroom, no cups for water dispenser. The showroom (although there was nothing on display other than the same Monroe shock thing) did not have any tires on display at all, no posted price lists anywhere where normally I would see a sign that posted minimum labor costs per hour and to make it worst, the place was filthy to the point of being unhealthy. I doubt the floors have ever been scrubbed, I am sure it ha not been swept in a long time, trash everywhere, dead bugs in the corners that appear to have been there for ever as in some cases it was only the shell of the bugs. Spiderwebs everywhere and I doubt the window sills have EVER been cleaned. I am sure many prospective customers have turned around and left the place based on this, especially since there is an America's Tires and a Firestone dealer within 2 blocks! They are getting the business you should be getting if not for the filthy mess in your Hemet store. I would challenge anyone in your corporate offices to make a surprise visit to this store. I am sure you will be shocked! I also though it my responsibility to let you know that employees are actually smoking cigarettes in work area as well as listening to loud music of the sort that is not suitable for seniors like myself or young children waiting with their parents. Someone should be held accountable and someone should do something about it. read more

Had an appointment at 8:30am, they just finished at 11:15. They let everyone else who walked in be done before me. If that was the case then why make appointments? Had a very bad attitude because I had a coupon. Don't be mad at the customer because your company gives out coupons take it up with them. Very bad service. I came in hoping to buy only 1 tire but ended up having to get 4. (Totally my fault. Was slacking on maintenance) Damien and Daniel were super honest with what type of work needed to be done with my car. I have a 2019 ecoboost so I thought replacing 4 tires at the same time was gonna cost an arm and a leg but it really wasn't too bad. They gave me payment options and made my visit such a breeze. First and foremost I want to say Damien provided excellent service . I just went in for an oil change and they found a few other things that I needed and Damien took me too my car and demonstrated to me all the stuff which too me I take that as an honest mechanic showing you your bad stuff that can become problematic later down the future . That's why I say that was excellent service definitely gained my trust in them . Daniel the manager was also great introduced himself and even convinced me to apply for the discount tire credit card to get the free oil change which sure enough I got the oil change for free . Sadly this place definitely disappoints. While the people in charge are good, the Mechanics will be a problem. I went here to get new parts installed and they were unfortunately installed wrong. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had when dealing with issues with my tire and vehicle. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Daniel, who was quick to diagnose my tire pressure issue. He then was able to remove the tire get the stem replaced and back on in less than 10 minutes. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Made an appt days ago. They quoted me 1.5 hours for all 4 tires. I told them I had to be somewhere and needed the earliest appt to get out of there on time. They told me 8:30. I arrive at 8:21 and the doors aren't even open yet. They're moving like sloths, ordering DoorDash donuts and coffee. Finally open the doors and have one guy at the front. He had scheduled 6 appts for the first time slot of the day. I finally get helped and he quotes me 1.5 hours. We go to breakfast and come back 1.5 hours later thinking my car would be done anytime now. THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED. I called and he said another 1.5 hours. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? When I told the Discount Tire employee I was in the wrong place, he had already offered to beat the competitor's price. Not only did they beat the price, I got four higher grade tires for less $. I got a call after dropping the car off that a lug was stripped & would take some effort to get it off. I expected them to "add-on" to my bill for the labor. Daniel and his crew know how to get it done. I called in advance to see if they had room to squeeze me in for an alignment. I ended up running late, so I called again to see if they could still take me and they were able to. Thank God, because I had to drive about an hour to get there and got stuck on the 74 in some light traffic. Daniel the manager, is always polite, friendly and professional. My car was aligned, and this is the only place that I have found that can properly align my car, and they're the most affordable. I won't take my car to get aligned anywhere else, as the customer service is phenomenal. Thank you Daniel and team for helping me out. If I didn't get my car done, I would've probably ended up with a radial pull. The rims and tires were gifted to me from so good friends of mine, due to one of my rims and tires being destroyed by a rock that a tractor kicked into the roadway. Discount tires said one thing on the phone then it was different when I showed up. Guy gave me a quote for 4 tires and said it included an alignment, when I got there they said it is an "alignment check". The guy at the front desk was not helpful, just wanted to make another sale. The worst part was when I picked up my car my steering wheel cover was filthy, my hands were straight black once I got home (I live 4 minutes up the road). Got all four tires replaced...they didn't put the rims back on...just threw them in the trunk and when I went to put them back there were only 3 in my trunk! Double the price we usually pay for tires too and then this? Ridiculous. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
