This is the third time I returned to Jiffy Lube on Sanderson Avenue in Hemet, because my sister had gotten good treatment. The first time I was there a customer gave me a coupon which greatly saved me money. The second time the emailed coupon sent to me was not honored; they said it had expired. The third time (today) I had an online coupon that was sent to me two days before I went in --again, they said the coupon didn't work and when I was able to convince them it came from Jiffy Lube, the charge was expensive--$138.!! they claimed their sign of prices was old. I went into town to get my oil changed. I called a couple places and their prices ranged from $51-$92. I called Jiffy Lube and they told me they would do it for $45. They were friendly, had a great waiting room and there was no line. I pulled up, got out went inside and 10 minutes later they were done. They cleaned all my windows and checked my fluids and tire pressure, and vacuumed out the car. Great customer service! read more

Came for my C300 Mercedes for an oil change. First when I called, they told me. The price was only a $139. Once I was here, they told me. My price was a $194. After they did the oil change?They can seem to erase the light inside for the service that has been done. The assistant manager leo seems to have attitude problems. Is very upset because I told him I am not leaving until he takes that light out of my car. He's very angry talking to me in a very high tone and says that I have to pay him and that he doesn't know if he's gonna be able to take the light maintenance out of the inside of my vehicle. So I said no I will not pay until you take that light out. So he stormed out of the store, slamming the door. And bad mouth me as he walked out of the store, and says fine I will not work in your car until the manager arrives.. The looking his eye seems like he wanted to beat me up.I will not be coming back to this store ever again. And I suggest anyone that needs Oil change. stays away from this business.This gentleman needs to go to angry management classes.( leo the assistant manager here) they really do need better management. read more

Ozzy Favaro, Angel, this manager and colleague of his greeted me at the garage enterance, opened the front door, gave me a discount for next visit, I had a tire repair needed and he referred me to a good tire company and gave me not only names for the tire company repair but how the price for repair could be free and the requirements needed for a free repair. He gave me a top off for my oil and I sat down for appoximately 3 minutes before I knew it my car was ready. Top notch customer service truly worth the trip to meet good people service and fast service. good afternoon just for you to think of using this place to change the oil. It turns out that last Saturday we went to change the oil and according to what they gave us, the car was ready. At 18 miles the car began to make a very ugly noise, we stopped and flagged down a tow truck. and my husband called the place to tell them but they replied that they did their job well that they saw the cameras and did nothing wrong, the mechanic informed us that maybe they did not put the correct level of oil or left uncovered where you get the oil from that the car lost oil and the engine will no longer work to fix it is 5000 dlls. be very careful because they do not do their job well read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, husband too my suv in for a oil change ended up paying for a tune up and spark plugs where they put the wrong plugs in and mud wired them, causing my engine to miss fire and shudder, then messed with my electrical system. We gave them one chance to fix it and it come back worse my suv is now with Ford dealership being fixed due to jiffy lube. There mechanics don't seem to know what they are doing. Save yourself the money and headache, it's cheaper to get oil changes at a dealership and safer. FYI they mess up your suv car or truck and won't take responsibility. Worst experience ever at a jiffy lube. Came for a quick oil change and ended up staying over an hour dueto the fact that they did have the oil recommended for the vehicle. They sent someone to get the right oil and took his time getting back. Attendant was not helpful at all. Don't stop here look for the next one cause you'll grow old waiting for your oil change. read more

I've been here twice now and both times they told me it would be at least 45 mins. The first time the told me an hour and a half, this time 45 minutes. I've been here an hour now and still haven't received any service or update as to what's going on. I've seen several employees go in for water/coffee and they are just an hour into their shift and haven't finished the 3 cars that were in the bays when I pulled up. If it is going to be called "Jiffy" Lube, it should be a quicker process. I've had much better experiences at Valvoline and the dealership. The coupons are good, but not worth the service in my opinion. I will be returning to Valvoline for service. read more

One even spotted a screw in my tire and gave me the name of a reliable tire company to take my car to. NEGATIVE Stars! Went to Jiffy Lube they tell me that the vehicle needs both sets of brakes AND rotors. That the rotors are damaged. I said we just need the brakes done. They then tell me that the brakes are metal to metal. I call home and he asks me what did they say. The man at JiffyLube is talking over me while I'm on the phone, I tell him, "The guy at Jiffy Lube says it is their policy to replace the rotors AND the brakes, that they CANNOT only replace the brakes and they are charging nearly $900". He says, "Tell them no, get the car and take it somewhere else." The guy Adam and the rest of their team try to proceed to tell me how damaged the car is so I asked for the policy in writing, of course they don't have one. I leave, go IMMEDIATELY to another auto shop and guess what...NO the brakes were NOT metal to metal, NO the rotors were NOT damaged. They say you have at least 3,000 miles left before you even have to change the brakes. I told them what JiffyLube said, they are shocked and wondering why the shop lied like that. NEVER again Jiffy Lube. Total CROOKS! I'm 100% sure they did this because I am a woman. read more

I called today to check and compare my mechanic?(Not because I don't trust him )because I want the public to know! I want nothing free as you can see on my post. I had new brakes all 4 new rotors on the front and turned in the back and you did quote 4 new rotors but you were well over 650$. Please don't go go here especially if your a senior citizen citizen they will eat you up. GO TO PRO TECH BEHIND HARBOR FREIGHT. Very honest men. Jiffy Lube has a show all about them. Wonderful customer service from Louis and Raul!! Polite and professional!! The mechanics take pictures of your engine to show you exactly what the problems are. They were informative without be pushy or trying to sell me unnecessary services!! My only 2 problems: 1) it was kind of expensive (would have been over $40 for the conventional oil without my coupon. Synthetic would have been over $90. In all fairness- I am used to only paying $26 and I didn't do any price comparisons before this review!). 2) I was told it would only be a 45 minute wait, but I waited for approx 75 minutes. A more accurate time frame would have been appreciated. A positive note though- the employees were attentive and I never once felt like they forgot about me. They just were busy and I waited longer than anticipated. Otherwise it was a 5 Star visit!!! Trustworthy work and services! If you have the time and money, I highly recommend this place!!! First time customer at any Jiffy Lube. Came in for an oil change. The manager Munoz checked me in and said my Suburban takes 5w30 i said no it takes 0w20. He said oh ur right. I returned an hour after I left because I noticed my receipt said they put 5w30! He apologized for the mistake and said we'll put the correct oil in for no additional charge. Um DUH!!! Also made me wait in line. Should have put my car in the front of the line. Should have offered a discount for wasting my time or at least offered a free air filter. Wont be returning. Be sure to double check your receipt and their work. read more

They didn't want my business. I went to this location and i have lucas oil that i add instead of a quart of oil. The service person refused to use it saying that he cant because of liability. Even though i heard a co worker tell him just gave him supply [which i already had] and we can put it in. We do it for others. Guess I wasn't important. I am not a fan of this Jiffy lube. I have recently been forced to switch where I get my oil changed. I used to use Ez-lube, but it seems they have now been bought by Valvoline, which charges twice as much for the same service. So I thought I would try this place. Big mistake, first impression was terrible, the waiting lounge looked like a converted janitors closet. The television show that was on was a day time talk show, which had women talking about things a lot of parents don't want their kids to listen to. Then the worker comes in from changing my oil, and I have to spend the next ten minutes refusing all the extra things he wants to do to my car. He tried using scare tactics to convince me I should spend the extra money to "fix" my car. Everything about my visit here was uncomfortable, I will try the other nearby Jiffy Lube and give this company a chance to redeem themselves for their predatory sales tactics. Should they prove to be as bad as this location, I will never visit again. read more

I've been to two other Jiffy Lube locations to get an oil change (Bellflower and Perris), and this location has to be my favorite of them all! I went in to the Sanderson Jiffy Lube yesterday, and I was very happy with my service. The inside of the waiting lounge is basically the same as any other Jiffy Lube. It was nicely air conditioned, which was such a relief to the 10 am heat. There was cold water, and a Keurig machine you can make a cup of coffee with (yay). I was helped by Christian and Greg, and they were both very friendly and polite. I didn't have to wait very long for my oil change, I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. The best part is that even though they told me they advised I get new filters and change the serpentine belt in my car---THEY DID NOT HAGGLE ME, or PUSH me to do something I didn't want to do. That's the most annoying thing ever, when they're pushy and won't let you just get your damn oil change. So, if you're looking to get a speedy oil change from a customer friendly crew, at a fairly low cost, without any hassle, I recommend this Jiffy Lube! -R read more

this shop will up sale anyone who looks like they don't know anything about cars. The last time my wife took her car there they changed the oil and wiper blades as well as a tail light being i told her anything that can be done fast and cheap go ahead and let them do it ..... well after changing the light, NONE of the lights worked, the shift manager called her in to show her and said that it must be because of the last person to change the light and now they would need to possible replace the entire electrical harness ........ bottom line is the don't know what they are doing and my 5'01, 98lb computer instructor wife had to explain( finally command) to these knuckleheads to put the old light back in. at which point the lights worked again ( they had the wrong bulb ) the whole above experience took over an hour ...... no call returned when we tried to reach the owner. let me say again KNUCKLEHEADS work here read more
