SHOUTOUT TO DANNY! I came in for a tire repair ( I had a tear in my tire) and made a short notice trip. Danny added me to the lineup and had me on my way in less than two hours. He was super helpful, friendly, and had a wonderful demeanor. All the customers had a great experience with him, it's rare when you see jolly professionals! Give this man a raise, he was working the garage and front desk while answering phones! I had another lady insert air into my tires on another occasion, she was also wonderful! This use to be a great place....Now the service level is sub par. Cannot be trusted anymore with delivering a trusted service experience. TPMS replacement was botched and if I did not catch it....they would have gotten away with my money for a part they never installed. Also, customer service is not terrible, but not even close to justify their current review score. I had to come back(I inspected the work, not them) and I wasn't even compensated for hours wasted. This decline has been evident over the course of several months, as last time I was in they made several mistakes also. My time at this location was NOT valued as a LONG time customer. After searching on Yelp, Google and asking friends I found this business to be least expensive. I filled out the questions on the website, but had a hard time finalizing the transaction. I called America's Tire and a young lady answered and invited me to come in although there were a few customers already there, she said. Then, I called back 15 minutes later to ask if I had to complete the on-line order and Danny said if I had difficulty completing the transaction on line come in and they would help. I went there about 9:30 a.m. and there were cars lined up in the last two stalls-I later found out it is the area where persons come to have their tire pressure checked-no appointment-just drive up. I left and went to another tire company off of State St. their quote for 4 tires installed/balanced was much higher. I then went back to America's Tire and no lines, but a few customers. I went in and noticed that there were 3 employees at the counter checking in customers. They were orderly; took the required keys & documents to the workers out in the bay areas. Immediately, came back in helped the next customer. At no time was my wait more than 5 minutes to be helped. I took a picture of the on screen order from my computer and asked Danny to confirm the price. He did. He also told me that they have free: rotation, balance tires every 5,000 miles, free flat tire repair. Should there be major problem with the tire-America's has a prorated warranty on that. While that was told to me, it would have preferred it in writing-old school person I am. Jeffery also was courteous when he returned my car and keys outside. I have always used Americas Tire in Hemet CA for all my tire needs, I have never had a problem with the staff and crew. Today, I want to acknowledge Shannon and Patrick for commendable customer service, it came in for tire rotation and balance which I had an appointment for. Patrick was professional at the front desk, Shannon was friendly and professional, she informed me that my spare tire was flat and old, and let me know they have used tires that I can put under there, I felt bad for her that she had to look for the tools to bring down the spare tire, I gave her permission to look underneath the backseat. She spent at least 10 minutes looking for it, but she found it from checking in with Patrick and receiving my truck from Shannon after it was done I spent a total of 40 minutes. Nice, friendly, helpful staff. I had to come back for a second time because my tire was on order. They gave me a loaner. I'm not sure why I had to wait for over an hour when I've already been here just the week prior. They should've given me priority since this was my second trip. And it was just one tire that needs to be put on. I understand that I would typically need to make an appointment to prevent wait times. Spending two Friday afternoons here is not fun. Every time I come to this place there's always an issue. The most recent one was they did not have on file that I had already paid for wheels and tires after they failed to call me that they were already in. Then when I get to the shop, they said they did not have all my tires. All this after waiting almost 45 minutes past my appointment. August 13,2025. I went to America's Tire @600 Florida Ave in Hemet because my light came on for my tire pressure gauge. I arrived at 9:57am it was not busy only 2cars in the stalls. No one welcomed me and it took 15 minutes for someone to come over to say hello and ask how can I help you today. That is unacceptable to wait 15 mins for just a simple task of putting air in my 2 front tires. Please be more mindful of customers in the Air Tire area. read more

Update: 06/19/25 I've been coming back every few months to have the tires rotated and serviced, and both times they've been nothing but kind and efficient! We drive long distances on a monthly basis, so we need to make sure the tires are in top condition, great value for what we paid for back in 2024. Shannon is always an awesome person to deal with! Absolutely horrendous. Never had issues with America's Tires and have been going to them for years. Mostly one in another city since we moved here within the last four years. The few times I've been here, no major issues. But a few days ago my wife and I went in and the greeting started fine. But after I denied the up sales of Wiper Blades and a "Donut", they tried to get me to buy $51 lug nuts because mine were swollen. I denied that because I can get same/similar quality for cheaper. Once I denied the wiper blades and donut, the attitude of Sharron quickly devolved from "semi-friendly" into "annoyance". Then she had a bit of attitude when I was discussing the swollen lug nuts telling her I've never had issues before and these have never been brought to my attention prior. Maybe they are swollen but when I suggested using a tire iron instead of the pneumatic drill, she looked at me with a frustrated face and said "What?!" Because that's what I use instead of my pneumatic when changing my brakes. Anyways, moved on from that, got 2 new tires. I told them twice that I wanted the new tires on the rear because...that's recommended for safety, they should know that. A day later, my wife started hearing loud noises. Come today (about 2-3 days after the incident) and I brought it to a different, trusted America's Tires location. Apparently, the Hemet location failed to tell me that my older tires that they moved to the front was "out of round" causing less contact to the ground and a safety issue. They also failed to tell and give me the 5% off for using my America's Tires credit account. They screwed me in more ways than one. Will likely NEVER come back to this location and may make a complaint with corporate. Do NOT jeopardize my families safety for your own selfish arrogance. read more

This particular store always is able to get me out of a bind in a timely and efficient fashion. Be it a flat or regular tire replacement, staff is ready to assist. You can book an appointment online or drop by. An appointment most likely gets you in quicker, but even my last minute walk in's with flats have been a good experience during an unexpected occurrence. Been going to this place (hemet branch) for 10+ years and always felt great having them service my cars but today i felt dupped with their new scheme of upselling you with those wiper blades. The wiper blades was still ok but the person behind the desk insisted this deal wherein it will cost me 66 bucks if i include balancing my tires but if i get the wiper blades it will only cost me 44 so i fell for it and sure enough the guy that work on my car said the car did not need tire rebalance anyways. I talked to the guy that upsell me and said thats how it is because they used their machine to check the balance and it did not need it. I mean 44 bucks or i say 66 bucks original quote for nothing. I did not argue anymore cause I know its business but i learned something today to never fall for that kind of scheme again. Charge to experience. read more

Listen, if you go here make sure you get a second opinion. I went in because a tire was leaking. The first guy I talked pretty much accused me of lying about getting my tire repaired at their location before, without actually saying it though. It was just under a different phone number. He told me he wouldn't even look at my front tires cause they were too "chewed up." Finally got to talk to another guy, who was a lot nicer, and he did look at them and told me the problem. Then he quoted me for minimum $1300 to fix it and told me I needed services they don't even provide. My tire light came on and I noticed my tire looked low. I put air in it and went to America's Tire in Hemet to get it repaired (I purchased certificates for my tires so repairs are free).
