I dumped the order and left, wasting my time and missing out on money. Whoever made the decision to lock all the doors at 7pm and not answer the phone should be fired. If your going to do stuff like that at least give the people with mobile orders the ability to skip the line by answering the phone. Instead you force them to wait behind a long line of fresh customers to pick up food that will be cold. Looks like this BK is forever destin to be the worst fast food establishment in the town.
