A woman came in but the rest of the staff got here around 8:15am - 8:20am. This would have not be such a bad thing if people didn't start coming in already and there was no one to help the clients (at least 8 people was here by the time they opened). I was able to fill out my information in the kiosk. I'm not a fan of it allowing you to set an appointment because if you schedule it for 9:30am and it's 8am it will say I You're too early for the appointment. Although I'm a walk in patient not sure why I must need an appointment. It is now 8:27am and I'm sitting in the room waiting on someone to test me for the rapid Covid test. Okay it's not 8:33am and the test was taken (no vitals) I was told to wait in the room and they would give me the test results right away which is pretty cool . This location is new and very clean, staff seems pretty nice. I got my results and letter by 8:45 so hopefully I can make it to work for 9:30am. I gave them a 5 star because of the quickness once I got processed in but they get a 4.5 for the pre processing and lack of staff when they opened at 8am. I will definitely be back again but it seems to be best to come in early in the AM.

Dr. Roberts greeted me with love as if she was happy to see me and as if she knew me. She was gentle, kind and listened to my concerns with a sincere ear. She also gave me referrals to take care of my needs outside of GYN. Medical facilities like Trust are greatly needed particularly for women of color, who have suffered under the history of abusive & dismissive poor medical care. On May 4th I arrived 17 minutes late to my appointment after taking two buses to get to their office. When I arrived I was told I would need to reschedule due to a late policy. I had not been made aware of this policy beforehand, and it does not appear to be clearly communicated anywhere. The front desk staff members were dismissive and unhelpful. I felt I was being denied care because I arrived 2 minutes after their grace period, a policy I wasn't aware of. Because I am on daily medication and needed a refill I insisted in asking for an exception so I could still be seen. The staff member in charge avoided interacting with me but I was eventually seen. During intake, I was told I was "too early" for my annual exam, which was confusing because I have never had that issue before. I was then told I was not due until later in the month, which added to the confusion and was not clearly explained. When I saw Dr. Peggy, I was told there may be a billing issue and uncertainty about insurance coverage. Later, I contacted my insurance provider and was informed that they cover preventive care without restrictions, which made the explanation I received feel inconsistent. Looking back I don't think she wanted to see me and used a possible billing issue to get me out of her office. Plus they took my vitals while I was very upset and changed my medication because of it, then blamed my medication for my blood pressure being high. I was told I wouldn't have symptoms of pain related to my condition by with the new medication. But after a week I stated experiencing symptoms related to my condition. I've been maintaining my condition and was on the same medication for 16 years with no problem or side effects before this. When I reached out for guidance, I was brushed off. I eventually spoke with Dr. Peggy but did not feel my concerns were fully heard or understood. Dr. Peggy did not feel my symptoms were gyn related and thought it might be something else. When I explained to her these are the symptoms related to my condition she didn't listen. I was in a lot of pain that was only getting worse and her response was to give me pain medication and go to the emergency to find out why. She asked me "what do you want me to do?" In a frustrated tone and told me my symptoms weren't related. This was very scary for me and traumatizing. I ended up consulting my previous OBGYN doctor who got me back on my medication immediately and scheduled my annual pap exam that Dr. Peggy did not want to perform early May. What Dr. Peggy failed to realize is that I've already undergone extensive medical exams and surgery that lead to a diagnosis and treatment plan to manage the condition. Overall, the experience I had this time around was very much "mean girl" energy. I felt dismissed at multiple points in a way I had never experienced here before or anywhere rather. I've brought up several concerns on two occasions in May and she either made excuses or didn't address it. I originally choose this clinic because of a tiktok review and I loved the care, professionalism, and respect I felt from Dr. Peggy 4 years ago. This recent experience did not reflect that same level of attentiveness I've experienced over the years. Trust Women's Health in 2026 is now a place that lacks of professionalism, staff has limited professional experience, lack of effective communication, lack of professional care and bed side manners. I started coming here when Dr. Peggy was part-time and only available in the evening, now her business has grown and they are fully booked and have no time, no patience, and no tolerance for things that may inconvenience them. I have other doctors who are fully booked and do not move in the same manner and are able to retain staff members. I am greatly disappointed with my experience. I noticed someone else posted a poor review around the same time as my visit, which indicates that my experience wasn't unique.

She sent me for the tests I expected and even those I never thought of. This doctor is thorough and tells it like it is. The environment is, for me, homely. If you're looking for a stuffy, black suit, well-sanitized (not in a sense of cleanliness, but ... emotional?) ambiance - this may not be the place for you. I was running a little late and called ahead of time to inform them. Fortunately I was still accommodated without any issues. Once I arrived and check in then waited in the beautiful & clean waiting for about 5 minutes. I was able to charge my device while I waited which I loved and appreciated. The exam rooms are clean and I had a good experience with the clinician named Julia. She was super sweet and professional. She asked all of the appropriate questions to get a better sense of my health history. Unfortunately the medical assistants there were unable to successfully draw my labs. They tried about 3 times but a nurse did not attempt to draw them unfortunately despite me agreeing to. I was given an outside script to go to a local Quest Diagnostics. Aside from this blood draw "issue", I had a phenomenal experience here. Not entirely sure I will need to return to this location anytime soon. Although this location is easily accessible via the R train, I prefer commuting to the Park location instead.

I like going here because I feel confident in the diagnosis, Dr. Sorra is thorough, knowledgeable, experienced. The office is close to public transportation, the staff is calm and the office is whimsical and professional. I have been able to get appointments promptly and the wait time has always been reasonable. The staff is professional, articulate and helpful. Also, the doctor has capability to take your lab sample on site!!! Yes, the doctor will take your sample, and will send it in for you! Not only is it time saving, I liked that I was not handled by multiple people - just one doctor. Left work early and got to my appointment 15mins early because I was a new patient and figured they would need some info/run my insurance etc. At 6.30pm I ask the receptionist if it will be much longer she says "yes you have one person in front of you" at which point I pointed out I made an appt and would have appreciated a call if the Dr was running behind so this way I would not have had to leave work early. Needless to say she basically told me if I have an issue let the Dr know. Then 10mins later she tell me the Dr wants me to do a breathing test, to which I ask well the Dr has not seen me yet so how would she know?? Anyway, I go into the test room and recognize the woman who is performing this test as the one that had left 20mins ago and just returned from McDonald's!!! So while she was getting her coffee break I was waiting in the office like an idiot!! So now the visit is complete and the Dr electronically sends my scripts to my pharmacy, they only receive 3 out of the 4.They called all day and no one answered the phone or returned it. So its the weekend and I dont have my rescue inhaler!! For the amount of money spent on insurance this office felt like a Medicaid clinic!! And the last thing that irked me was not only was my co-insurance/copay $200 but I was charged a $5 surcharge because I wanted to use my credit card..who the hell walks around with that kind or cash or checks these days??
