They do u turns in our driveway to back a good distance down to our neighbor so they don't have to turn around down there. They have torn up our lawn doing this. They said they would fix it but they never did. Another time we had a tenant and he did not put the fuel in his name. He ordered fuel for the house and put it in our name. We received a bill for $563 for his fuel. We gave the tenant John Lockwood the bill and ask that he pay for it or change it to his name. Next month we get a bill again. We call Suburban and are told we are responsible. We fought and fought with the both of them. Tenant got evicted and his security went to pay this bill that was not ours.

However, once I got here, I didn't see any other cars here, nor did any other cars ever pull into this station (until after I got done and was about to leave). It was so freaky, it was if I could hear a pin drop; it was dead silent here. The transaction went pretty smoothly, given the conditions I was up against with my GasBuddy card in-hand...right up until I was ready to collect my receipt. The pump operated smoothly, although when I tried to click it off at 19.70, it stopped at 19.71 just as I hung up the nozzle and I didn't even realize it. The pump told me to go inside and collect my receipt. I didn't know about the price adjustment, but I won't worry about the penny. When I got inside, I saw no one in their either. The one employee they had working was sitting down just off the main room in a small (what looked to be) hallway (near I don't know what). However, as soon as I announced my intentions with my "Pay-at-the-Pump" transaction and the need for a receipt that the pump said to go inside for the receipt (pump 5), the employee came out and printed out my receipt. I took my receipt and headed out. I know Kerhonkson is this sleepy town with little to no action, but it was TOO quiet for this transaction to have gone over well.

Once again I call them and the same technician comes out and now tells me I need over $1000 in new equipment. The next day they send out a technician to replace everything they said I need. The next 2 days, still no heat. I call them once again and now they tell me I need an electrician to do rewiring. They strung me along for over a week and kept charging me for all their service calls and unneeded parts. I finally got someone else who fixed my problem right away. Would never recommend using them.

Has gotten worst the last few years. A Schedule delivery paid in advance with no show/ no gas. Luckily I had electric heaters. So my pipes wouldn't freeze. The last two years have been the worst! Overpriced !! I finally left to another company that's cheaper. The connections done with Paraco on the 3 tanks & backup generator weren't to code. I had to pay for the parts & labor.
