They said they would fix it but they never did. Another time we had a tenant and he did not put the fuel in his name. He ordered fuel for the house and put it in our name. We received a bill for $563 for his fuel. We gave the tenant John Lockwood the bill and ask that he pay for it or change it to his name. Next month we get a bill again. We call Suburban and are told we are responsible. We fought and fought with the both of them. Tenant got evicted and his security went to pay this bill that was not ours.

Happy to say as a result I got an almost immediate response from Paraco who sent an updated bill removing the fee, leaving a balance of zero. So I am satisfied with the result. I think in a more ideal world situations like this could be resolved more directly but at least this was easily resolved and I hope the next time somebody has a problem such as this that my experience will be helpful.

I can't get anyone to confirm with the buyer what their plan is. Paraco refuses to go get tank without buyers consent. So I'm out the money and I guess the buyer gets a free tank of gas. If they had just removed the tank in May like I asked this would have been resolved. Great job Paraco..(sarcasm) Your support staff is not very supportive. Look at ALL your negative reviews. Maybe it's time to fix your issues. You got too big.

They strung me along for over a week and kept charging me for all their service calls and unneeded parts. I finally got someone else who fixed my problem right away. Also the area was cleaned up. Leaving only some light raking and putting down grass seeds. Star Gas had two man on the job as soon as the tank was in the ground it was hooked up and tested. they had the tank filled and back in service with in a half hour. And their delivery crew knows…read morethe deal, I have vacation home that I split my time with, so I was talking to one delivery guy about efficiency and he recommended keeping the house a 56 when I'm not there because that was a good point for both efficiency and comfort as far as walking into a cold house, he was right. 56 is no less efficient than where used to keep it and if I forget to turn the temp up remotely I'm not walking into and ice cold house
