The next 2 days, still no heat. I call them once again and now they tell me I need an electrician to do rewiring. They strung me along for over a week and kept charging me for all their service calls and unneeded parts. I finally got someone else who fixed my problem right away. Would never recommend using them.

Then they doubled down and forced me to fill the tank before locking it, so no one could use it till new buyer decided if they wanted it. After almost 8 months the house sold. I can't get anyone to confirm with the buyer what their plan is. Paraco refuses to go get tank without buyers consent. So I'm out the money and I guess the buyer gets a free tank of gas. If they had just removed the tank in May like I asked this would have been resolved. Great job Paraco..(sarcasm) Your support staff is not very supportive. Look at ALL your negative reviews. Maybe it's time to fix your issues. You got too big.

Customer service has been reliable for me. I don't frequently call but when I do the office staff are plenty friendly and even more importantly they're helpful. Yesterday I ran out of propane, I thought I was on auto-delivery but had not yet set that up with them (I was auto for oil only). They came out in an hour and filled me up. I am on auto-delivery for oil and never run out, and never get a bill I don't think is fair. I have done the BBQ refills plenty of times and that has been easy and definitely the cheapest in the area.
