The next 2 days, still no heat. I call them once again and now they tell me I need an electrician to do rewiring. They strung me along for over a week and kept charging me for all their service calls and unneeded parts. I finally got someone else who fixed my problem right away. Then they doubled down and forced me to fill the tank before locking it, so no one could use it till new buyer decided if they wanted it. After almost 8 months the house sold. Somewhere in the shuffle no one asked the buyer what they wanted. Now Paraco will not remove the tank (I paid for the gas not the buyer). I can't get anyone to confirm with the buyer what their plan is. Paraco refuses to go get tank without buyers consent. So I'm out the money and I guess the buyer gets a free tank of gas. If they had just removed the tank in May like I asked this would have been resolved. Great job Paraco..(sarcasm) Your support staff is not very supportive. Look at ALL your negative reviews. Maybe it's time to fix your issues. You got too big.
