They are extremely communicative, timely, honest, and their prices cannot be beaten. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Bill, KC, and the entire Immaculate team for such an exceptional experience. You've earned my business for years to come!

Our family is getting bigger so we finally decided it was time to get a mini van…read more We came across Carnova from a Facebook post they had for a Pacifica. It was by far the cheapest Pacifica listed , from we could tell, so we thought we would check it out. The dealership itself isn't really what you'd expect when pulling up to a dealership. It's a warehouse building that's tucked away off of state st. There isn't a front door or anything. So if they aren't already expecting you, you'd have to knock on the big garage door or something until they notice you. Fortunately, we were expected so we didn't have to wait long. Gus was the one we worked with and he was very friendly and professional. He let us take the car for a drive by ourselves while they evaluated how much they would give us for our car. We decide we wanted to move forward and at that point he walked us around the side of the shop to a side door. Inside was a little make shift office to go over numbers. The process did not take long at all, and we ended up with what I believe was a great deal. He even told us about a 30 day drivetrain warranty that the dealership provided at no cost. However this was not in writing anywhere, which made me a little wary about it. So why 4 stars instead of 5 if everything went great? About a week after owning the van, a check engine light came. We had the light diagnosed and discovered there was an issue with cylinder 4, and that the top two engine mounts were shot. We notified Gus of this issue and he gave us no trouble at all, and had us drop the car back off at the dealership so they could take a look. They had it for about a week and a half or so. They said they didn't get the check engine light to come up but did fix the engine mounts and discovered a small coolant leak. Another day or so of having it, the check engine light popped up again for the same issue. Again, Gus did not give us any trouble and they took the car back. They had it for two weeks this time, but reported that they made the necessary repairs. I wish we had been offered a temporary car while they had our car for a total of almost a month, but I suppose I should be happy that they upheld their 30 day warranty (which they very easily could have chosen not to do) Despite the issues we had with the car, I would 100% return to buy another car here. It's very difficult to find an honest car dealership these days

Would not recommend it. If you really want one of the cars…read morethere, please spend some money to do a full inspection because they cover the issues really well and you won't find it until it is too late.

Took it back and was told they fixed it. I lived in Downtown Salt Lake and never took the car past 60 mph. 2 months later, we took the car on a trip and the transmission completely gave out. Same issue I had when I first got the car. They told me they couldn't help me fix it but I could pay somewhere else to get it fixed. They told me they would replace a sensor, and when they did, the car became unusable. It was overheating and wouldn't go more than 10 mph. again I was told to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I spent over $1,500 to fix the car at Ford and it still was unusable (Ford fixed every issue they found). I stopped paying for the car and the dealership took it back. I never got the proper paperwork for the repossession, and now I am trying to remove the registration from my name and I can't because OBO still has my plates! They never filed the paperwork they were responsible to file when they took the car. I have called multiple times to at least get my plates back so I can stop paying insurance on it and take the registration off, but every time I call and they know it's me they hang up! Even had my wife call and speak to them in spanish and it worked until they heard my name again. crazy how this place is still open when they seem so comfortable breaking the law.
