They are extremely communicative, timely, honest, and their prices cannot be beaten. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Bill, KC, and the entire Immaculate team for such an exceptional experience. You've earned my business for years to come!

AVOID AT AL COSTS:…read more Yeah. Don't do business here. I bought a 2021 VW Tiguan new. Here we are, and its breaking down. I bought and paid for an all moving parts service contract, some how their system says it doesn't exist. WILD. So I take it in for an OIL LEAK. Days later, I am hearing back. The service writer took a day off, didn't transfer his work load to a coworker to check in on the car, left the customer waiting in limbo. Half of their digital estimate and repair system is confusing and junk. Two different things are causing leaks. One is fixed, the other needs approval, bringing the total to $1826. Taylor Dodson, the service writer, tells me that the total due is $1826 - for an oil leak. I find out afterwards that the bill is now $2820.26 because that $920 is AFTER the $1826. I have the message right here where he says the total cost is $1826. They nickle and dime you. I got 2x $195 inspection charges, for the same oil leak issue, that they claim is "separate". Charges for every little thing. Now I get to come up with an extra $1000. I wouldn't ever come back here, I don't trust them or their people. Shady business going on. Avoid if you are not filthy rich with money to just throw away.

As a repeat customer, I expected that loyalty and history would mean something, but my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport SE with Technology, and with only approximately 2,200 miles, the leather seats are already showing cracking and deterioration. I understand that issues can happen with any vehicle, but what has been most frustrating is how the situation has been handled. I contacted the dealership expecting assistance with what should clearly be a warranty concern. I was told that information would be submitted to Volkswagen for review. After waiting and following up, I contacted Volkswagen Customer Care directly and was informed that nothing had been submitted on their end. That leaves me with a very frustrating question: was the claim never submitted, or was I given incorrect information? Either way, the communication and follow-through have been unacceptable. This dealership has recently transitioned ownership to Ken Garff, and I sincerely hope this is an opportunity to improve the customer experience. A new owner should mean a renewed commitment to service--not customers having to chase down answers themselves after spending significant money on a new vehicle. I have been a loyal Volkswagen SouthTowne customer, but loyalty works both ways. Customers should feel appreciated and supported after the purchase, not forgotten once the paperwork is signed. I have photos documenting the condition of the seats, and I hope management takes this opportunity to address the issue and improve the experience for future customers.

We were there until after 7 p.m. and a not insubstantial chunk of that was waiting around. Their parking lot was also overstuffed with cars--not sure if they were all inventory or a combo of inventory and customers, but it was not really navigable. Had to park elsewhere and walk. That said, aside from the length of time, we had a pretty great experience with the team at Utah Used Cars. Matt was our salesman and did a great job answering questions and thoroughly explaining the process and options. Helen walked us through each piece of paperwork clearly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and solicitous, offering water and snacks and even t-shirts. Long process but not complicated and we left with a reasonably priced car we're pleased with. Would recommend.

They Only Care Until the Ink is Dry on the Financing Agreement…read more I originally left a stellar review for Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne in South Jordan, Utah, after purchasing my 2023 Nissan Ariya. I even kept my financing agreement with them to show loyalty to a dealership that seemed to value its customers. I deeply regret both of those decisions now. Before my one-year warranty was even up, my vehicle developed an intermittent squealing and scraping noise at low speeds. I took it in for a diagnosis, and the mechanic found the passenger front brake backing plate was bent and making direct contact with the rotor. The official diagnostic notes explicitly stated there was "evidence of someone prying on the backing plate"--a clear sign of technician error, almost certainly from a careless tire rotation or mechanical prep during its warranty period. The fix was literally a service manager pushing the thin metal back into place with his fingers, but I was still slapped with a $200 out-of-pocket diagnostic fee. I reached out directly to Bill Hadsell and the sales management team, providing all the invoices, documentation, and a perfectly reasonable request to reimburse the $200 for a mechanic's error that occurred under their watch. Instead of doing the right thing and honoring their commitment to customer satisfaction, they completely screwed me over. The "great reputation" they push online is a total facade. They are more than happy to take your money, lock you into a financing agreement, and then leave you high and dry the second you need basic, post-sale support. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle here, beware. Their loyalty to you ends the exact second you drive off the lot.
