The guy spent almost 2.5 hours here to change out two bibs (again, way more complex than he probably thought), and he did a wonderful job. My problems were addressed same day, same visit. If I chose other plumbers, I would have waited days before my items were addressed. I've used Jazz before with my older AC unit, and they will always have a spot in my contact list if I need help with my HVAC or plumbing.
