Went over with my son who had a medical urgency. They misdiagnosed him, sent us on our way with antibiotics, and we ended up at the ER once back at home. Following that they sent us a bill. That they don't take our insurance after all. Confirmed with my insurance they need to process the claim through them. Summit health instead kept on sending me the bill with ever more escalatory language. Steer clear. Both the care and the back office are abysmal.

All the other Mount Sinai personnel who have attended to me have likewise been cordially solicitous of my welfare.
