The bed and all other equipment were delivered on a Wednesday after calling them Tuesday morning. Nurse Venus came over on Wednesday evening to familiarize me with the process - from medication to adjusting the bed, changing diapers, etc. She was very respectful and showed a lot of compassion, understanding and patience. I was a wreck and she walked me through what to expect and gave me all the contact numbers I may need. My loved one was only in hospice care for a day, but the care and compassion shown to me by nurse Venus and the staff at the office helped me through this most difficult time.
