I ran up to Home Depot and purchased it (I had already read the reviews & had a strong recommendation from my brother) and Mike was able to send guys out to install the new one the same day. I wasn't expecting such quick service but I was really getting frustrated with the old one and calling Apple Garage Door was the best thing! The guys were here less than an hour and took the old one away. All the remotes worked including the keypad. The opener is quiet too. I will definitely use them again if needed. While my brother volunteered to install it, using Apple Garage Door was the best solution. The price was very reasonable too.

Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

I'm just now posting this review, 5 years later, after having a reputable company service our 2 car and single car doors 2 weeks ago and finding out how Reliant ripped me off. Here's how they did it. Only panels, rollers, and drums replaced for $600.00. The service I just had done 2 weeks ago revealed all the old parts, including the worn out spring, were reused. The door ran rough and was heavy to open, poorly balanced, and the spring was torqued to its maximum causing a potential catastrophic failure. My advice is to request a full list of parts replaced and verify the work done. Raise and lower the door manually, checking the weight and the smoothness of operation. This technician knew how to rip us off. The receipt looked like a 10 year old designed it. Perhaps they're a better company now.
