Andrey showed up before the scheduled time which I liked very much. He was professional. He saw the issue right away. The spring for one of my garage doors broke and the door wouldn't open to get my vehicles on that side out of the garage. He replaced the spring, cleaned everything up and even lubed the door. Andrey was dressed very well, very professional, easy to communicate with and did an excellent job. I reached out to Axis Garage Doors when the torsion spring on my garage door broke, and I was not able to open the door via the garage door opener. Axis had great reviews for my area (Grayson County Texas) and was quick to respond to me. He was was able to give me an estimate based on the photos that I provided, and that is what the bill was for. He was booked for the day but offered to come out early if we had any cars stuck in the garage. I had already gotten the cars out of the garage so we made arrangements for him to come out that Friday, I was kept informed of when he was in route and what his ETA was. The springs were replaced quickly, he lubricated the garage door and adjusted the opening and closing to reduce extra stress on the springs. We hear horror stories about garage door companies trying to upsell, this didn't happen with Axis at all. I would highly recommend this company read more
