We recently had 3 double garage doors put up on our shop. We had (most of) all the components- we simply needed the expertise to install them correctly. It can get challenging using materials that the customer already has and some companies will try to steer you away from that. It's easier and higher profit for them to sell you new materials. These folks didn't even blink. Ivan evaluated the materials we had on hand, took note of what we didn't and gave us a very fair quote to get it done. He conducted himself in a manner that is far too rare these days: he appoached the work as an efficient problem solver for the clients benefit, not to up-sale or simply to make it easier for him. Our garage doors were "commmercial" sized. Ivan brought in his "ringer" Darian for the assist. They showed up on time, fully prepared for the job. Let me tell ya- these guys know their 'stuff. They made short work of it. It was a real pleasure to see genuine craftsmen at work. A fair price for quality work done in a timely fashion. What else can you ask of in a service?
