Doctor literally said urgent care didn't want to do their job cause based off my intake/symptoms I didn't need a CT scan. She has a bad attitude (you can tell she hates her job) and refuses to tell you which provider is on staff that you seen. I went in for a reoccurring wound that no one was taking seriously. Donald S listened to me and sent me in for a stat ultrasound at a women's center. A radiologist was on site when I got my ultrasound done and said that there was indeed a nodule and I needed to get an MRI. They said they would send these results to the prescribing physician to get an order for the MRI. I waited for a call, and 2 days later, the urgent care told my ultrasound was normal and to follow up with my primary care... the exact opposite of what I was told. I decided to wait until I could access my ultrasound report before I contacted my primary to see if my report was negative or positive. Turns out my ultrasound was indeed positive. I went to my PCP with the report, got an MRI which turned out positive, and I am now seeing an oncologist surgeon for this. Could you imagine if I would have taken urgent care's word for this??? How can you tell someone that their positive ultrasound results are normal? Unbelievable. Don't go here if you want to be lied to. Your life may literally depend on it. read more

So I make an online appointment at 4pm so I wouldn't have to wait as a walk-in. I arrived at 3:50pm and checked in. Fast forward to 4:35pm. I asked the lady at the front desk how much longer it was going to be because my appointment was at 4 o'clock. She tells me we had several walk-ins between two and 2:30 PM that we are still trying to get through. I told her I should have priority because I made an appointment. Her answer again was the same as before. I then said, so you're telling me that there is no reason to make an appointment online because you're not going to honor it anyway. She just shrugs. No business should operate like this. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. I immediately left. Terrible service. I would never recommend this place to anybody. read more

The 1 star is because the backend staff were courteous. The receptionist(s) were rude. I booked an appointment and uploaded a copy of my insurance but they still need my insurance when I showed up for the appointment. I had to fill out the paperwork (the almost same information that I filled out when I booked my appointment). Looks like their systems simply suck The competency of the providers is far from desirable. I got stapled for a cut and when I removed the bandage that night, I realized they haven't properly closed the cut despite numbing me with anesthesia. I went back today and this is a new provider, who was visibly upset with how I was stapled. He removed the staples and simply wrapped up in the bandage. The nurse practitioner on duty lied about a medication I'm on having adverse side affects with another med and sent me on my way. The second she heard I was on an anti anxiety she said I cant help you those meds can't be given( looked it up and talked to another Dr. And it's not true.) She either is undereducated or just awful at her job. Either way left without help and have to wait until my Dr opens in the morning. Don't waste your time on this place. read more

Is this place even legit? Went for flu symptoms and they didn't even offer the test for it. "We don't do that here." What?? What clinic doesn't offer flu tests? I've been to every urgent care I could think of and they all do. I only went to this one today because none of the others had appointments available, just walk ins and I am not sitting in an uncomfortable chair for three hours feeling the way I do when I can be resting in bed. Anyway, didn't even take my temperature and I had to ask to be tested for strep and COVID. "Oh you don't have a fever so it's not that." You didn't even check it! I had one before I left to the clinic and I for sure still had one then. It was an awful experience. I felt rushed and now I won't know if i have the flu. I just wanted answers. read more

This is the place to go for care. They care about the patient. My wife is ill and we were unable to fill prescriptions and they were very helpful working with us to get RX's transferred to another pharmacy without a lot of red tape. They followed up on the call and were genuinely interested in getting my wife healthy. read more

People wait 1-2 hours or more after their appt time. Why offer appointments if your not gonna honor them. Then one had an appt an hour before me but showed up after I did and they didn't care and they let him go before me even with me being on time. I had to come here twice within a week. Once for the flu and the other was due to a foot injury. I was completely taken care of with the best customer service from every person I encountered! The doctor was really informative and gave me his time! Wait time was close to nothing! All and all I would say this is the best urgent care I've gone to! read more

I don't often post reviews, but I was really disappointed in this place. It took me two unsuccessful visits of my wife and baby boy being sick to get zero results. We went in twice in two weeks for them both being sick, and each doctor gave different medications: apparently the first one was not for her issues. Second one l, while friendly, lied about the medication prescribed (my wife has had bad luck with it in the past) and we didn't know until we arrived at our pharmacy. We used an online/on the phone doctor and got much better results. I plan to never visit here again after they wasted about $350 of ours. When I called and calmly explained the issues, they said nothing they could do unless we came in and spent about few hundred dollars. read more

Had nasal and chest congestion for the past month. Didn't want to visit an urgent care thinking this was probably allergies or if I did go to urgent care they would just say it's allergies. Ended up going and I had a sinus infection they gave me 3 different medications. From the med assist to the PA very caring and made me feel like they really cared about me. I'm feeling better also I don't sound stuffed up hoping I can sleep thru the night. read more

I took my brother to this location on 12/5 at 4:30pm. He had a N95 mask and was having trouble breathing through it. So he asked the receptionist if she had one to spare and said "No, because you walked in with a mask I cannot give you one" in a rude way. My brother got called in for his visit by the Dr and seconds later the Dr asked the Receptionist if he can have a mask for a patient(my brother) and her response was " I already told him NO" if a Dr is asking for a mask for a patient isn't that a sign that he can't breath through his current mask? as I waited in the waiting room, there were walk-ins that showed up and walked up to the desk without a mask on and the receptionist kept taking her mask off and putting it back on. This receptionist was very inconsiderate and rude to begin with and was very uncalled for. I would never recommend someone here if she is the first person of interaction into this place. read more

The front desk associate Chancey was fabulous. She was very informative on how long the wait would be and she was very friendly. The triage nurse was also very friendly and thorough with Covid testing, blood pressure, and oxygen level. Now the NP was a different story. I have always came to your facility because the doctors are amazing. Today was a lot different. Nurse practitioner Francis came in with a chip on his shoulder and I left in tears. The exam was very poor. After several rude comments by him he told me that I had negative energy and I needed to leave now and I was not welcome back. He told me I was rude to everyone, which was news to me considering the other two people I encountered were wonderful. He proceeded to tell me to leave and I was not welcome back about four times as I was walking to the waiting room to leave. Due to this interaction I will not be back and I hope no one else encounters this. Worst NP I have ever encountered read more

Avoid this place like the plague! Im a paramedic with over a decade of service so I guess I know a thing or two. Brought my wife in who was having some respiratory distress, allergy season is not kind to her. She clearly was working to breath. The "Dr" said your fine, your o2 sats are 96! No shit sherlock! She is working very hard to compensate in order to achieve that number. Did not offer any kind of treatment there, no albuterol/atroven, no solu-medrol or prednisolone, but instead wrote a script for a steroid which is what she usually takes to fix this problem. read more

John the nurse was an A-Hole he talked me and my family like a jerk. He bedside manner needs improvement he needs an attitude adjustment. My (Autistic) sons I pad was about midway volume he first thing he said was you have to turn that off I can't hear (with an attitude). That was the only thing keeping my son calm. Then I told him Z pack didn't work for me. He goes what do you mean doesn't work I went to school for this and told me that I'm wrong. I told him after going threw z pack which I was told by my doctor that people can build up immunity to the same meds that he would have to try a different antibiotic. Last time I had this the 2nd antibiotic cleared it up. This guy needs to listen to the patient instead of being such a jerk and have a better bedside manner he should probably take a class to teach him to be a little more empathetic. Brought my 8 yr old daughter in because she had her arm slammed in the door at a sleepover. After the sleepover she went immediately to her dads house where she spent the past week. He was aware of the door slamming but did not bring her to a Dr or even let me know how her arm was doing so when I picked her up last night and she winced every time it moved I decided to bring her in to get an xray.... fast forward to this morning's visit to Alliance Urgent care, at the recommendation of my bf because he was aware they do xrays. I can honestly say I've never been so angry at a "dr" in my life. If this guy was even a dr. He came in looking like he had just rolled out of bed. He asked us what happened and I explained to him her injury happened last week but she spent the week at her dad's etc.... He asked my daughter again how it happened and after she started to tell him he says "whoa whoa back up. .. This happened last weekend?" She never finished her version ... He then asked her to lift her arm which she tried but it was hurting her and he asked her to keep going...even though she told him it hurt too bad to keep going. He then said he thought there was something else going on???!!! Like what dr?? My daughter then began to cry.... I told him we came in to get xrays to be sure nothing is seriously hurt to which he replied "we can get unnecessary xrays if that's what you want" I told him it wasn't necessary because we were leaving. Asked for a refund of my copay on the way out and requested they delete all of our info because we certainly will NOT be coming back here again. I would really like to know how this man treats the rest of his patients and even if he is a REAL Dr. I would stay far away from this urgent care. Not worth it to be treated that way. No Dr. Will be that insensitive to my daughter. It's not right. read more

Tried to use their online check-in feature. After filling out all of the information, a screen popped up and stated that I would be called in a few minutes to schedule a time to come in. After approximately 45 minutes, I called them myself. I informed the girl who answered the phone that I had gone through the online check-in process, but that nobody had called. She replied with "ya, we're really busy here." To which I wanted to reply "I figured as much, which is why I tried to go through your online check-in" but I didn't say anything. I had a 9 year old who needed a foot x-ray and thought that being able to keep him at home while waiting would be a much better option. I was basically told to just come in. Instead, I called a different urgent care facility (about 4 miles further from my house than Alliance ) and went through their online process and was called within 2 minutes and had an appointment scheduled. Been coming here for years. My daughter had an earache so we came in. We waited an hour and people who came in after us got called back sooner. When I asked the receptionist to take us off the list, she informed me we were next. I pointed out how other people who arrived after we're called back sooner and she stated she was waiting to hear back from my insurance. Really?! We're repeat patients- couldn't you have called us back and worked on the paperwork whilst we were being seen? We left and went to Nextcare on McDowell/Dysart Rd. and got called back within 5 minutes. Get your act together, Alliance! read more

Few things to note. I took my daughter here on a Sunday at 4:20pm when they closed at 6pm and there was no wait. Her regular doctor wasnt open on Sunday and called Monday and no appts available that week. My daughter was sick with normal flu like symptoms plus she has asthma... she was lethargic, cough, nausea, headache, 102.8 degree fever for a whole day and nothing was breaking the fever (Ibuprofen and tylenol alternating) I was concerned so I decided to take her to this urgent care to find out what was wrong with her. The Triage nurse was nice took us back got her vitals and information why we were there and took us to the room to wait. MD Doctor came in ASKED what her symptoms were, looked in her throat nose ears, and listened to her lungs said he heard a slight wheeze at the end of her breath. Told me he didn't THINK it was the flu and just THOUGHT it was an upper respiratory infection no real concern. Gave me scripts for an antibiotic, cough medicine, and tylenol to give her. 2 days went on.. giving her the medication given and no change I decided to take her to the Minute clinic in CVS pharmacy since I couldnt get in to see her regular doctor and once there she asked what they "swabbed" her for (ie flu, strep, etc) I said they didnt do any tests. She was surprised seeing as though it was an URGENT CARE that no tests were done... I even thought with her asthma and the wheeze he might have wanted to do an xray to check her lungs.. nope. Minute clinic proceeded to swab her nose and test for flu.. guess what positive for Flu A virus. The antibiotic he gave wouldnt have helped her at all for the flu she was positive for but could have possibly been given Tamiflu to help with her symptoms if taken within 48hrs... besides the fact the dosage he gave on her medication I gave her for those 2 days was not nearly enough to even try to help her symptoms based on her age/weight. Very disappointed will not go here again. I would steer clear if your needing URGENT care. read more
