Just awful! I called looking for a trailing arm. The woman on the phone doesnt know anything! I even gave her the part number for her to google a picture of it. After all she told me the car has 3 of them on each side! Wtf and got mad when I called her out on not knowing what she is talking about. She then said she was the manager and the owner and hanged up on me! Bahahahaha one if she really is the owner she doesnt know crap about what she is selling and two way to lose business! This place is PREJUDICE!!!!!! I went with a friend to get his engine fixed and after driving 2 HOURS to get there with cash in hand they found EVERY excuse not to properly service him. I drove from Clovis to Rialto to get about 3,000 of Work done on my Lexus and after I drove down there took off time from work and got a babysitterThey denied me service and said that the parts that were supposed to be pre-ordered we're not in yet even though I had spoke with a gentleman on the phone said that they were ready I am so upset I wasted gas time and energy and they have also done this to a friend of mine! I had a great experience with Vic and his assistant. I needed a hard to find and difficult to describe part for a Mercedes. Even though Vic was busy, we exchanged photos back and forth and Vic put in the time and effort to get me exactly what I needed. I purchased one knuckle assembly that was complete. Went back next week to purchase the other side knuckle assembly but I had a family member pick it for me this time. Soon as I received the part I notice a major part was missing. I called to let them know that there is a part missing. She told me, what you bought was just the knuckle and it doesn't come with the other part. I explained her that I purchased one knuckle assembly complete why am I paying the same price for the other side that is incomplete. Lady was very rude, would not let me talk and would not help resolve the matter. I will not do business with them again. read more
