    I made a return and then a purchase. The young lady who took my return didn't seem to happy to be there. Her coworker, however, was super nice to her customers. I found the item I was looking for pretty quick. Had checked the Home Depot app before leaving home to make sure they had what I wanted in stock. Yep. It was there. This new location seems to just have self checkout but there's always a few employees there to help out. They don't just stand around watching they help you or even check your stuff out for you even though it's self checkout. The store is very clean. I think they may still be working on hiring more people though. Value, well, I think what I bought was at a good price. It was a cleaning product.

    New store used to be Sam's Club ! Huge store with all types of products ! Anything you need for products look here ! I did see staff around if you can't locate an item ! Love me some Home Depot and this location is exceptional!

    ***BUYERS BEWARE *** My husband and I were looking for a…read morewasher and dryer and came across this scratch and dent place through Facebook, so we went to take a look at what they had for sale. We were looking at two different sets and the owner Juan was trying to sell us the more expensive set. I was skeptical because the door was missing on the top part of the washer (it was a dual washer and dual dryer set) so I questioned it but Juan plugged it it and promised that it worked. He said there was no water connected to it so he could've show me but guaranteed it would work. So we purchased this set from him. He also had explained he likes to help the community in need so if we want to donate out old set to his he could give it to a single mother with low income that is in need of a washer and dryer. So my husband rented a truck and went to pick up the set and told him after it was paid for and loaded on the truck that the top part will only work if we purchase a new door for $200. Now we just paid about $1700 for a set that her promised would work. I contacted Juan very upset that he lied to us. It was clear the conversation was going anywhere, so my husband spoke to him and he said he would take the door off another set he has there. (this set had a gas dryer so I couldn't exchange) I was fine with that. We go to do our first load of laundry and the bottom of the washer was great. Then when we went to switch the load to the dryer it would not work. It powered on but the drum was making a really load noise, it was off and not spinning right. So once again my husband contacts Juan and said that we want our money back and our old set back. Juan agreed but since there were hurricane warnings we evacuated for a couple of days. So we had come back and tried to contact Juan and he said he was out of the country and he would get back to us. He did not contact us for days. So we once again reached out. This time he said that his cousin is running the shop for him so we can go there. So we did but he refused to refund us. We had to reach out to our credit card company

On top of it all they give you a hard time when you try bringing it back to get your money back. Save the time and stress to go somewhere who gives you what you pay for because if you are here, you are not at the right place.

Neighbors recommended Ultimate, it was in our BBB book as a 5 yr. recommended business. I checked the 5 five star Yelp, google, Angi and Next Door reviews, I called at 10 AM and RJ arrived at 6 PM. RJ was personable, professional and very neat. I was happy he showed up when he said he would and solved the issue. He assessed our appliance and diagnosed a faulty compressor. Repairs were 1/3 of the price of a new refrigerator, we all felt it was a worthwhile repair. On line, I checked Home Depot and a local appliance shop, his pricing was accurate. The refrigerator is now 2x the price we paid 4 yrs. ago. When scheduling the appointment, I received a confirmation email. I was asked to text a picture of the model & serial number from the appliance in advance. RJ came with all the parts & equipment needed to do the repair. He spent 2 1/2 hours replacing , soldering & cleaning out the lines. He accepted credit cards & we received an email receipt. RJ left his card & told us not to fill the frig for 24 hours. RJ followed up with us the following day. He believes the service contract companies aren't worthwhile as they don't hire quality technicians. As wonderful as RJ & Ultimate were, I hope I won't see them for many more years!

    Dryer went out on a Friday morning. By Saturday afternoon Berne had a tech out. Jayla was very…read morefriendly in taking my appointment. They kept me updated with texts and when to expect my technician. It took Aleksei (our tech) about 10 minutes to pull dryer apart, diagnose problems and offer a fair estimate. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. Aleksei was friendly, worked efficiently and left our home clean. I would definitely call them again for any urgent needs.

The first couple of times they were great, especially Nikita, but…read morethe last two times I had a terrible experience, mostly centered around communication and payment. The challenges were primarily in two areas: 1. Shipment Delays (a) The parts they ordered were supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days, but they actually arrived after 10 business days. (b) During that time, I had to call multiple times to ask for an update. (c) Every time I called, it took 10-15 minutes for them to find the right account. (d) The updates were usually inconsistent: they either didn't know when parts would arrive or claimed they would arrive tomorrow, which was never the case. 2. Payment and Notifications (a) I had challenges with payments not going through, which further delayed the ordering of parts. (b) They continue to send me notifications about outstanding payments, despite the fact that I already paid those invoices and confirmed with them that the payment was received. (c) I have asked them multiple times to stop sending these notifications, but I am still receiving them. Overall, I had to call them six or seven times for each repair service request in the last two instances. It was a significant burden on my time just to get the requests resolved.
