And checking out was fairly fast considering they were a bit busy. The problem here is that it's not easy to get in and out of and the parking lot is narrow. There's a lot of traffic on the main street so heading out takes a bit of patience. The hardest thing was trying to back out with some of the trucks parked behind us. They were so long that there wasn't enough space, so it required maneuvering back and forth several times. I'm sure we'd return if in the area.

I drove there, walked in, and politely asked if I can get some keys cut. Was told in no uncertain terms by the attendant they can't do it. Blink. Blink. He stared at me but offered no other response, no smile, no apology. Just a lot of poor attitude. I asked why they cannot get the key and was told they don't have the blanks In simple terms, if you can't offer service then don't advertise that you offer service. If you run out of stock, say so and graciously apologize. I understand that it happens. But an offer of snarly attitude is unacceptable. Needless to say, a lousy retail experience. I am happy with the products I purchased thus far. Communication with Cheryl was good. If MH asked what could have improved my experience, I would have appreciated updates on my order since it had taken quite a bit of time to arrive (on manufacturer's end not MH) tho Cheryl was responsive when needed.
