According to Google we live 12 minutes from their office. Even round trip should take 25-30 minutes. So here is the timeline: The repairman arrived at my house promptly at 8:10. He worked until 9:40. That's 1.5 hours. Factor in 30 minutes for the commute and that equals 2 hours! According to Jeanine's timeline The young man would have showed up to work at 7:00 AM, loaded his truck with supplies which he didn't need until 7:55, drove to my house at 8:10, worked until 9:40, drove back to the office by 9:55, handed in his paperwork, only to have Jeanine call me at 10:30 to equal 3.5 hours.
